Enjoyed the place, it is a little smaller than what i expected, but spacious enough for two.

Stayed here to surprise our best friend from law school at her proposal with a friend and my dog. It was the perfect size for what we needed and a great location! Ryan was very accommodating and responded quickly to all of my messages. The kitchen was fully stocked, had a full washer/dryer with detergent, basket full of snacks/breakfast items, Keurig with pods, etc. Would absolutely stay at this adorable house again!

I stayed in 3 different properties around KC this summer. This was by far the quietest. The location had good access to highways and plenty of food/shopping options. The hosts reached out to check on me during an electrical storm.

I got a second place because the booking told me it was no longer available. Notice the condition I never went there.

This was our first VRBO/house renting experience due to needing to bring our pups along and it was wonderful. The host was friendly and quick to respond when I inquired about the stay. The house was very nice and clean and it was nice that it was set back a little from the street so it gave a sense of privacy. We were in town for a friends wedding, and didn’t realize initially when we booked it how close it was to everywhere we needed to be! If we ever need to stay in the area again we will definitely be coming back here! Thanks again for the great accommodations!

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Close enough to the freeway for easy access, but not close enough to hear it. The house had all the amenities one would expect and it suited my needs perfectly. I will look for this property on my next visit to Overland Park/KC.

This home worked well for me, my son and our dog for a long weekend. It's very well kept and because it sits so far off of the street, it's great for pet owners to have space to walk around the yard-almost like a small park!

Great experience in every way! Loved the place, and it was perfect for our getaway. Hosts were very responsive, kind, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this host and property, and I would absolutely rent again on future visits to KC.

We used this home as our "base" while we were back in town catching up with friends and family. Is was just the right size to be able to get away and recharge, have a small little breakfast, and walk out dogs around a nice quiet neighborhood. Great central location for us with family in fairway and leawood, and easy access to downtown for museum visit and restaurants.

Perfect location and very organized

I was in town for business and needed a place to stay that was within walking distance of my office. A search on VRBO led me to The Little House—it was everything I needed: clean, quiet, comfortable. Next time I'm back for business, The Little House will be my first choice.

My husband and I were looking for a not-too-far-away spot to get away for our anniversary and this little spot was perfect! Super cozy and comfy. Lots of thoughtful amenities. For sure a return to place!

The Little House was perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed the back patio and walkability of the neighborhood. Our dog loved exploring the large yard. Thank you for being flexible with our departure date.

This little house was in a nice established south suburb. There is a HyVee and Target about a mile away for groceries, it also is close to the freeway and sure easy to get around the city. It is pet friendly, which was awesome, it doesn't have a fence in yard, so either bring a tie-up or do plenty of walks for your pup. The house had all necessary items needed and decorated so cute. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Wifi worked great, I worked in the sunroom in the morning, but got way too hot to sit out there after 11am, so I just transitioned to the living space. My partner worked from the small office nook and had no issues at all. The A/C unit kept up with the humid KC temps and one last thing to note, if you have thick hair, the shower pressure is low, might want to plan accordingly. Highly recommend and had a very nice time at this vrbo.
