We enjoyed 3 nights on Labor Day weekend in the condo. The space was perfect for us with the pull out sofa and amazing location! So close to the nice pool and beach! The beach was so crowded since it was a holiday weekend but still enjoyable. Only thing we wished the condo had was an oven. Thanks for a great vacation!

I stayed here for 3 days. I wanted to get away to the beach without breaking the bank. The location is perfect. I didn't even move my car once I got there. Everything you need is within a couple minutes walking distance. Grocery store, eating, shopping, the ocean, pool. The gaurd was very very friendly.

Room was very clean and the short walk to the beach, pool, restaurants and shops was the best part. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

First time to HH and we were not disappointed! Booking was easy and info sheet was very helpful. The location was perfect walking distance to everything we needed and wanted. Having the pool and beach within steps of condo was amazing. The view from balcony was a plus too!

This is our second year staying at the Breakers. We love the location— on the beach and walking distance to restaurants, grocery, and shops. The pool is a good size and plenty of parking available. The rooms are a good size for a couple or families with smaller children. The room is clean and provided everything we needed for our stay including some beach items which we borrowed. The owner was very kind and communicative. Check is was easy and we would definitely return to stay here.

Just what we needed!

Very convenient to the hotel where the conference was held, but with the convenience of more space and the kitchen. Nice view, good access to the beach, and Coligny Plaza had everything we needed: restaurants, grocery store, bakery, and "libations store." We didn't have to move the car once - just walked where we needed to go. Thank you!

Kendra's property was terrific! It's right on the beach and right next to Coligny Plaza, with plenty of shops and restaurants. The condo was recently repainted and looked really nice. Kendra was super easy to work with: very responsive and helpful. I definitely will come back!

Great location, convenient to amenities and the beach

This was a great first time to Hilton Head. The room was a good size for 2 people. The walk to the beach was easy and as advertised. We had two little problems with the room. The washing machine did not work. We brought detergent and our last night we were going to wash a few dirty clothes and it would not do anything. The second issue was the shower would not get above luke warm. The faucets had good hot water. The showers were a little disappointing. The location was excellent and close to all the necessities.

This place was awesome! They were very accommodating and it is so close to so many things to do! Will definitely stay here again.

Stay was great. We got there right at 4pm (check in time) but were unable to get in room. Housekeeping was cleaning until about 5pm. She was very polite but it was awkward and we didn’t want to make her feel like she needed to rush but we had plans. Condo is as advertised and has everything we needed for our short stay. Awesome location and short walk to the beach. Beach is awesome in the mornings as most don’t get to the beach until lunch time it seemed! Kendra had made sure we had all details before arrival.

Nice place to stay with easy access to the beach and Coligney Plaza just across the street with great restaurants and shopping. Needs a couple things fixed. The screws on the safety chain on the door needs to be tightened. The closet door in the bedroom needs to be fixed. When I went to open it to hang my clothes, it came off the runner. My husband, who used to work in construction, tried to fix it. He said there was nothing on the bottom of the door for it to hook to. He couldn't get it to stay on track at the top. Other than that, I was happy with the unit.

The condo was clean and perfect for what we were looking for in our short little beach getaway! I wouldn’t recommend really more than 3 people at one time… but the beach and coligny plaza were both a 4 minute walk. A great place for a little family to stay!

A great condo. Very clean. Modern bathroom. Great TV and internet. Good fridge/freezer. Great to have washer and drier. Great location (close to grocery store, shops and restaurants). Very short walk out to the beach. Compact size and storage limited. Communication with owner was very quick. Check-in and check-out very easy. Would stay again!

Nice little condo for our family. Is small but works for 2 adults and 2 small children.

The condo is small, which is fine because it was just the two of us. The bed is a little small but we found it very comfortable. As other reviewers had mentioned there are a few cosmetic issues that could be addressed but for the amount of time we actually spent in the condo we found everything to be more than adequate. We especially appreciated having the small cooler, beach chairs and umbrella. We traveled by plane so it was a bonus to have those things available to us--we used them every day. Great options for shopping, food and drink right across the street. We would definitely stay in this area again.

We have stayed in this complex before and this location is close to a wide stairwell and has a balcony view of the pool across the driveway and a sliver of the ocean beyond that. Coligny Plaza is RIGHT across the street and the park with free concerts is very close. BEACH is right there past the pool! Super easy check in with a code and no keys to keep track of. The hall door doesn't really close and the drawers in bedroom don't work well. We did finagle the TV in the bedroom to work. The kitchen could use a big pot, big pan and a good knife but other than these small things the place was just fine. AC was great! Kitchen small but the peninsula more than makes up for that. We just love this location ON the beach!

Overall the stay was good. However, there was just some things with the room that could use some work. None of the interior doors actually shut. The bedroom closet door was off the railing. The bed felt super old and was too small for the box frame. I'm assuming there was hooks on the bathroom wall at one point but it was just exposed plaster. The wifi never worked. The microwave above the stove was broke. There was left over ice cream in the freezer. The light for the fridge was hanging towards the first shelf. 90% of the towels were stained with what looked like a self tanner. O and the pool got shut down for a day. Again, not complaining but if I owned this room I'd want to be aware of what is going on with it. Thank you so much for letting us stay!!

124 Breakers has a great view and location. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It could use some minor fixes but overall it’s a great place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!!!

The location of this property couldn’t be better! The amenities are well maintained too. The condo itself is a little tight- but absolutely perfect for 2/3 people. The owner was amazing to work with and very responsive! It is exactly as advertised and I would definitely book again!

We had a great time. The ease of having everything we could want in walking distance was great. The beach was just steps away. The apartment is tiny but we knew that. My husband and I with 2 teenage boys managed just fine. Would not be great to spend too much time indoors, but the weather was perfect so we only needed the apartment to sleep.

Awesome location just steps from the beach. Unit is near the stairs which also made coming/going very easy; pictures are accurate to what the unit is. Kendra was immediately responsive with answers to questions. There were beach chairs available for use. Only complaint was the cleanliness of the unit floors. Within the first hour of walking around barefoot our feet were dirty. Vents had obvious dirt around them and bedroom corners had dust bunnies.
