The cottage was perfect and in a great location. The owner was extremely responsive and very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

All was good but the checkout time is too early and there was some miscommunication prior to our stay.

We love this place! I will try to reach the owner directly next time we stay because we feel the fees charged for service fees and cleaning fees are over the top. If anything half of that should go to the owner. Overall our stay was flawless and happy we came and stayed at this location.

This was a great property in a great location off the main road. It is super cute inside, very clean, and as described. It had all amenities that we needed. We were walking distance into town and could take advantage of the old post office’s is fish boil. I will definitely try to stay at this property again in the future.

This was the perfect spot for our Mother/Daughter trip. The home had absolutely everything we could ask for. The location couldn’t have been any better. Walking to Ephraim and a quick drive to the other towns. Thank you for sharing your home.

Very nice cottage and comfortable on the inside. Wish the property was on the lake instead of across the street with an obstructed view. Lastly, I’m hoping that we are able to retrieve the items we left hanging behind the entrance door. We have communicated that fact to the proper people.

We had a great stay with our infant son at Collings Cottage. The cottage was well stocked with everything we needed and having access to laundry was great! The location is fantastic. It is a short walk to Ephraim's downtown and short drive to Fish Creek and Sister Bay. We loved our stay in Door County and would highly recommend Collings Cottage to anyone.

This place was so cute, cozy and clean and in a great location. The layout was nice and had a decent amount of space for my group. I was originally a little annoyed about the additional cleaning fee per pet per night but they definitely do a great job cleaning and you’d never know that pets have been there.

The Collings Cottage was the perfect spot for our Door County get-away. Accommodations were very comfortable and perfectly sized for my wife and I. Kitchen was well equipped, even though we only made breakfast in the morning. Really appreciated the books and board games to fill the time relaxing.

We really enjoyed the location of the house. Being near the beach and Wilson’s was a hit for my family. Very comfortable.

You can bring your well behaved dog and stay just a couple of minute walk from the most shallow and calm sandy beach perfect for kids.

The location of the property was perfect. Just walking distance to a beach and restaurants and less than a 10 minute drive. The living room was much bigger than we thought from the pictures as well; great spot!

We very much appreciated how responsive our hosts were! Just a few things would have been helpful to know before booking. We specifically booked this place because it was listed as pet friendly for our lovable shepherd, but once we received the detailed instructions before our vacation we saw we needed to bring sheets to cover everything if the dog sheds. We also read that if the dog barks too much we could be asked to leave. We did our best to be quiet and managed fine, but this was a source of stress leading up to and during our weekend. Also the VRBO price listed does not include the pet fee, so just know that if you decide to bring a pet you will get charged an additional daily fee later on. This all may be very common but was new to us as it was the first time bringing our dog on vacation. The check in process was a keyless entry which was nice. But they program it to turn on right at 4, so if you want to check in early and they say it is not possible, you will not be able to enter even a few minutes early because you'll have to wait for the keypad. As long as you plan for that it is fine. We were a litte early with squirmy kids. When we needed anything the hosts were responsive and on it which we very much appreciated. This place seems ideal for a quiet weekend away for two adult couples. The lake view was beautiful and it was easily accessible via the main road. Lots of awesome shops and restaurants nearby!

My husband and our dogs loved staying here. Super clean and inviting and such a warm and cozy feel. Everything we needed was supplied and we look forward to going back!

The home was immaculate and well equipped with towels and cooking utensils. The landscaping was beautiful. The location was easily accessible to other areas of Door County. The beds were comfortable. The view was lovely. All in all, we look to return.

Great place to say but furniture is very dated and uncomfortable in family room particularly. Would highly suggest replacing it. All else was fine and location was terrific.
