Amamos tanto la belleza y la atmósfera de nuestra ciudad natal que queremos compartirla con otros. Y nos enorgullecemos de ofrecer un ambiente limpio y relajante. Como las propiedades vacacionales se alquilan a nosotros mismos, sabemos lo importante que es eso.

We had a great time in Saugatuck! Condo is very nice and super clean! Loved the pool. Weather wasn’t great so we made the most of it watching movies, eating drinking and having fun catching up! Condo is minutes away from everything!

Our stay was amazing for my bachelorette weekend! We enjoyed our stay! The property was beautiful, the people and owner were friendly and great with communication! The winery’s we visited were gorgeous and everyone was beyond nice! Looking forward to coming back!

Loved the location of this condo. It was clean and the beds were really comfortable! We had everything we needed. The only slight downfall were the upstairs neighbors wake up early! But, it was okay. We would return again!

First time to the Douglas/Saugatuck area and we loved it! This condo is exactly how it is pictured on VRBO. The owner quickly responded to any questions we had. Best pool in the area! We will be back!
Noteworthy within 2 miles or less of condo:
- Saugatuck Brewing Company: great food and craft beers
- Blue Star Cafe: enjoyed breakfast in this little diner
- Oval Beach: felt like we were on the ocean, clean beach
- Saugatuck Downtown: get there before 11am to claim a parking spot . . . enjoyed strolling through town to shop and eat

Overall, great condo! The location is great and the pool is fantastic. Close to the beach and everything that Douglas and Saugatuck has to offer! Our second time in this unit. The first was 2 years ago. Still great but wished it was a bit cleaner. The vinyl plank floors could use a good deep clean and the shower curtains (moldy) and mattress pads (pretty stained) need to be replaced. Had to get some ant traps as there were quite a few in the entry way but the traps took care of it. I alerted the host about the floors and ants issue and he said he would let the cleaning staff know. He is quite responsive so I am sure these will be resolved. Great stay overall.

This was our first time at this property and visiting Saugatuck. We loved the place, the pool was an awesome perk and our kids loved it. The condo was a short distance to downtown and oval beach. We would recommend this condo to friends and family!
Our only downsides were the beds were a little too soft and not the most comfortable and we couldn’t get the tv in the bedroom to work aside from the one Spanish channel it was on, otherwise nothing major!

This is our 3rd year staying at this condo and we love it every time. The location is just perfect and the pool is always a huge hit for our kids. Isabel’s across the way is so convenient!

Very clean conveniently located condo. Beds are very comfortable. We had a great time going to beaches, shops, breweries and restaurants. Also the pool is very nice. Only suggestion would be an investment in new fluffy white towels and hand soap. We had 2 washcloths and 4 towels all of which were thin and very worn. But overall a great stay and would come back!

We had an absolutely great stay over the 4th this year. Our first time in Douglas, and we’d definitely come back! The location was awesome, with a 4 year old and 1 year old, the pool right out the front door was a welcome respite after a morning/afternoon at Oval beach. The market made for a great dinner choice with a ton of meat/seafood options, as well as side dishes, apps, beer, etc. The unit was very clean, and the beds/couches/chairs were all comfy. We would definitely recommend this to family/friends!

Great, clean property! We enjoyed walking to Blue Star Cafe for ice cream and Woosah for coffee. Everything else a short drive away. Upstairs neighbors were easily heard late at night but not due to fault of owners. Good option for our family of 4.

My husband and our 2 daughters had a blast.( 4 and 7 year old). Clean condo with a nice heated pool. We enjoyed relaxing at oval beach on the days we weren’t in the pool. Definitely plan on coming back!

Family Vacation
We very much enjoyed our family vacation at this property. Great location close to Oval Beach, several restaurants, breweries. Condo was very clean and comfortable, even walking distance to Isabel's for our morning coffee and donuts/muffins!

Great stay — a few words to the wise!
Very clean condo, within 10 minute drive of Saugatauk. A few helpful notes: If sound or light affects your sleep, come prepared with earplugs and a sleep mask. The forced air is loud, you can hear the upstairs neighbors, and none of the bedroom windows have blackout curtains. Also, there is no parking with direct access to the condo, so you will have to walk about 100+ feet to load in your stuff. But overall, we enjoyed our stay! The pool was a great amenity, and the Farmhouse Deli up the road was amazing!

We love staying at this condo. Perfect location and the pool was a major hit for the kids. Close to downtown Saugatuck and Douglas. Always had something to do! We look forward to coming back next year!

Great condo
Pop's condo was excellent. Pop met us upon arrival to walk us through the unit and property. Having Isabel's on property was so convenient. Kiddos enjoyed the pool, even though it was late in the season.

Great Condo, great location
We had a great experience! Communication with Pop was great and he was nice enough to meet us at the property. Condo is very clean and updated. Very comfortable for our family of 3. The pool is great and was not busy. Very close to Oval Beach and downtown Saugatuck. Isabel Market and Eatery is a minute walk from the unit and they have great gourmet grocery items, delicious pastries (get a cinnamon roll!), prepared sandwiches and salads as well as a nice wine selection. Would definitely stay here again!

Great home base for the weekend!
Location is next door to a cute little market and a short walk to Saugatuck brewery and an antique store. You can use Inter Urban to shuttle anywhere local for $1 a ride, downtown had great shopping and Oval Beach was awesome! The condo was very clean and had basic cook ware and utensils and plenty of towels and bedding. Pops was a pleasure to rent from! Would definitely recommend and return in the future.
