1. The staff are extremely friendly and professional and can speak English well. Everything we needed was done to a timely manner. All enquiries and requests we made prior to our stay had been answered swiftly and actioned as promised. Our check in process handled by Sara was quick and easy, and we were shown to our rooms without any issues. One particular member of the team who deserves a big shout out is, Tamara! She works in the kitchen and dining areas, and everything is noticeably maintained to a high standard. All of the tables were laid out perfectly and everywhere was kept clean and tidy. She can make the best mint teas and coffees you have ever tried! You will be shocked. Her service and professionalism should be noticed and rewarded. It truly is second to none. 2. The cleanliness of the hotel was top tier. Even from the outside you can tell they take care of the hotel and ensure it is kept to a high standard of cleanliness. The rooms were nice and clean, and were well stocked with essentials such as towels, soaps, drinks etc. we didn't need to ask for anything extra as it was already available. Also, the hotels amenities such as the pools and the rooftop terrace were maintained well which helped encourage us to stay and enjoy everything the hotel had to offer. 3. The breakfast options were really good. Everyday had the staple continental items such as fruits, cereals, breads, pastries, teas, coffee and juices plus other hot options which changed everyday. This gave us the chance to try a few local traditional options which added to the experience. The best part of all of this, is everything was halal! 4. The location of this hotel was great for us. There are loads of halal food options in walking distance from the hotel, as well as, many convenience stores for those personal items you may need. Also, this hotel is only a 20 minute stroll from the beach front which is perfect. Thank you to All the Team at AM Palace, I look forward to visiting again!

The cleanliness of the hotel was top tier. Even from the outside you can tell they take care of the hotel and ensure it is kept to a high standard of cleanliness. The rooms were nice and clean, and were well stocked with essentials such as towels, soaps, drinks etc. we didn't need to ask for anything extra as it was already available. Also, the hotels amenities such as the pools and the rooftop terrace were maintained well which helped encourage us to stay and enjoy everything the hotel had to offer. 3. Unfortunately, we didn't stay for dinner so I can't comment on this but I can imagine it being just as good as the breakfasts. 4. The location of this hotel was great for us. Despite being 2-2.5 hour drive from Tivat airport, we think it was the best decision we made. There are loads of halal food options in walking distance from the hotel, as well as, many convenience stores for those personal items you may need. Also, this hotel is only a 20 minute stroll from the beach front which is perfect. The beach is a sand beach so you can enjoy some time in the sun without worrying about the terrain.

Schöne Lage, sauber und familiär geführt.

This is a lovely, family-run hotel, with perfect location, close to the beach and the exquisite restaurants at Ada Bojana. Very easy comunication with hosts, the owners and warm welcome. The food is excellent, no need to go outside the property for a meal, abbundant breakfast with wide selection of authentic dishes. The owner, Enisa, beautiful lady with sincere and wide smile, welcomed us as we were part of her family - happy to provide us with all the necessary information in order to make our stay a memorable one! Look no futher when staying in this area!

Hotel je prilično nov i cena za koju smo dobili 7 noćenja sa doručkom je zaista bila fantastična, jer smo rezervisali par meseci unapred. Osoblje je bilo jako ljubazno i profesionalno prema nama. Hotel je Pet Friendly. Parking je besplatan.

Ono sto mi se nije dopalo jeste to sto sam platio Delux Dvokrevetnu sobu sa balkonom, za koju je pisalo da ima 40 kvadrata, a smešten sam u potpuno drugu sobu, koja se ne slaže ni fotografijama, ni kvadraturom sa plaćenom sobom. Soba u koju sam smešten imala je izmedju 17 i 18 kvadrata, a to znam jer je moj brat Arhitekta i merili smo sobu. Uredno sam otišao na recepciju, žalio se i rekao da sam platio drugu sobu, pokazao im rezervaciju, ali to je bilo uzalud, nisu hteli da nam daju ono sto su nam naplatili. Kante za otpadne ne postoje ispred hotela, ne postoje ni u ulici gde je sam hotel, niti postoje u široj okolini, tako da sve smece koje vam ne može stati u male kantice u sobi, morate da stavite u svoj auto i da vozite kooometrima, da bi ga bacili. Drugi hoteli imaju kante u dvorištu i vlasnici se brinu o tome. Kanalizacija se jednu noć izlila po dvorištu hotela i nije moglo da se spava od smrada fekalija. Espreso kafa nije besplatna uz doručak već se dodatno placa 2 evra.
