The location was great, right next to commercial area in F-11, it is good for people who want to be in Islamabad but don't want to be in the F-7/F-6 area where most of the guest houses are. The room was very nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Great for a short stay. Also the person at the reception was readily available to see us off and to welcome us.

The building entrance is through the garage which is a bit old, and since the building is old it has seepage issues.

It's a beautiful hotel apartment in a well maintained and luxury apartment building (Savoy Residence) located in F-11 near Markaz in front of a family park. The room was very well maintained and the property managers (both guys Saqib) were very helpful and cooperative throughout my stay. The owner, Ali, also met and was very friendly and helpful. Overall the room was very good, the breakfast was excellent, all the amenities required were readily available and the environment is very safe for any solo traveler who's visiting Islamabad.

The per night rate of PKR 6,000/- was slightly on a higher side but considering all the services and the location, that's value for money who's coming for a short term stay. However, the furniture in the room and sanitary ware in the rest room could be improved as it's a bit old. Other than that there was nothing to complain about and I can definitely recommend the place.

موبائل کے سگنل کا مسئلہ ہے پر نیا ٹیل کے تیز انٹر نیٹ کی وجہ سے اسکی کمی محسوس نہیں ہوتی

The ambience and comfort, the staff was highly cooperative and courteous. I would to like mention their names Saqib Sr. and Saqib Jr. both are very humble and friendly.

Location, manager's cooperation. I needed early brakefast and he himself cooked it for me as cook was not available at that time.

The location is very good and the staff are so nice especially Sakib he helped me in every thing inside and outside the hotel

Overall all things are very good and proper guidance with finger tip service. Outside park to enjoy the walk and nearest all facility available here.

Shared kitchen should be cleaner. Breakfast should be better organized to reduce delay in serving.

Enjoyed Our stay although we stayed there for very short time. Mr. Saqib is very nice, soft spoken & well co-operative host. Breakfast was fantastic. Location is good. Neat & Clean room & washroom. Definitely recommendable to other travelers.
