Clean, modern apartment with 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms; big parking garage just across the street for easy parking; great location close to the Temple of Vesta (3 mins walk), the Villa Gregoriana waterfall hike (right below it), and ten mins to the gardens of the Villa d'Este; easy walk to restaurants and bars; awesome views over the gorge; easy walk to supermarket nearby

The bathroom with the tub could use a shower curtain, and the bathroom with the shower has an incomplete door (also, be aware there's no air-con -- though there are fans -- though we certainly didn't need it in October)

The apartment had no A/C. Impossible to live there. We left the following morning for more suitable accommodations.

Everything! Absolutely lovely apartment, in a truly fabulous location, well kitted out and spotlessly clean. Not everyday you get to be in the heart of a historic town with views of a significant Roman ruin. Andrea couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast was super too. Public parking opposite convenient and inexpensive. All in all a magical highlight to our summer holiday.

The location is just perfect and the view. The apartment itself is nice and clean.

The only thing was AC did not work and in July it was quite hot but no mosquitos with opened window 😊

This is a huge and cosy flat, Frida Kahlo themed, next to Villa Gregoriana and very close to Villa d'Este. Beautiful building and stunning view from the bedroom window. The owner waited for us with the key and was very nice, he invited us to breakfast in his bar which has amazing views. There's public parking just across the street. It was the perfect location for our visit of the Villae. Only downside - there is no air conditioning.

Very lovely appartment, well located in historic Tivoli with amazing view on ancient monuments. You can visit Gregoria garden just near the appartement that is really worth visiting. Appartment is clen and perfectly equipped
