Poor finish throughout. Ripped sofa. Dirty bathroom, toothpaste down wall. Nowhere to store clothes in second bedroom.

The convenient location was the sole reason I would give this property a good response. It is a stroll to the city centre with lots of places nearby and easy to get to on foot.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this apartment for a two-week rental period, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. The only saving grace was its location, which was the sole reason for giving it a single good comment. Upon entering the apartment, we were greeted by cobwebs that seemed to have taken residence in every nook and cranny. It was as if the cleaning crew hadn't visited this place in years. The walls, which were supposed to provide a clean and welcoming environment, were instead adorned with snot and water stains and just dirt that left us feeling disgusted and repulsed. Hoping to rectify the situation, my partner left to purchase cleaning products to tackle the mess ourselves. We scrubbed tirelessly, desperately trying to restore some semblance of cleanliness, but it felt like a never-ending battle. The dirt on the door frames and walls was deeply ingrained, making it apparent that proper maintenance and regular cleaning had been severely neglected. To add insult to injury, we discovered that the washing machine, an essential amenity for any extended stay, was completely broken. We promptly reported the issue, requesting immediate repair, but our plea fell on deaf ears. Despite several reminders and assurances, the problem was never resolved during our stay, leaving us without the means to clean our clothes adequately. The lack of responsiveness from the management regarding the broken washing machine was highly disappointing. It demonstrated a complete disregard for the comfort and well-being of their guests. In a situation where a basic amenity was non-functional, their negligence was simply inexcusable. Overall, my stay at this apartment was abhorrent. The unsanitary conditions, with cobwebs and snot stains aplenty, were beyond what anyone should have to endure. The broken washing machine, coupled with the management's lack of urgency and incompetence, only added to our stress.

It was dirty. Broken shower door, broken drawers in bedroom, dirty shower, dirty tea towel left in kitchen, bed linen was unwashed and had stains on. I have taken photos. We only stayed for 1 of the 2 nights that we booked and found accommodation elsewhere. I have messaged and sent photos to the management team but had no response !! The photos on booking.com were misleading as they were not of the apartment we were allocated. There was no settee but according to photos there should have been.

Good location for central Worcester. Plenty of parking

Needs a full deep clean...skirting boards filthy,. Kitchen not clean, bathroom filthy, carpets all marked. The housekeeper was stood outside chatting for over an hour on the one morning so understand why the apartments aren't cleaned properly. Guests to other apartments were ringing the buzzer in the night and throwing mud and stones at the windows to be let in.. Sofa which is in the kitchen was all ripped.

Good location to city centre. Free parking at rear but can get busy so limit to 1 car.

Not cleaned or maintained very well. Kitchen only had 2 very small pans, both dirty/rusty. No dining table in flat 6, had to sit on floor and use coffee table. No cloth/sponge etc to do washing up.

the property wasn’t very clean, there was a kitchen with very few pots and pans, only one small pan to be exact and the walls to surrounding apartments are extremely thin, so if you like peace and quiet it may not be the place for you

Smell of smoke . Was filthy and needed updating. People in other apartments having parties, so no sleep ! Absolute dump

The bed was spacious, close to the centre of town. Within walking distance. Car parking available.

Pillows where dismal. I used three to make up one. Kitchen floor had food stains on when arrived. No forks in the kitchen draw. Messaged host on booking.com after arrival. Did not receive any response. No bath mat provided also.

the property was an attic flat with very low ceilings in the bedroom which were problematic tried to get an invoice from the property afterwards for business purposes and this never arrived despite asking several times

Nothing - worst place I have ever booked to stay ever. So bad, I cancelled the booking and am waiting for my refund. Even booking.com customer services said they wouldn't stay here.

There was previous customers towels left damp in the living room, holes in the walls, the double bed mattress springs were completely broken. The wardrobe drawer was collapsed and fell onto my 1 year old, there was someone else's clothes still in the wardrobe. Someone else's food in the freezer. It smelt of damp, there was a strange pool of water on top of the fridge. The boiler pipes were completely exposed which was a risk to my children. Plus there was no sofa as advertised and only 3 chairs for a 4 bed apartment.

It wasn’t very clean at all, floors needed hoovering, mopping, everything needed at the very least dusting and in fact carpets needed a good deep clean. the crockery and cutlery all needed scrubbing before being used. Its a serviced apartment with no service. They expect you to wash your dishes but don’t provide a sponge. I would have been happy to mop the floor, wipe the surfaces if cleaning products had been provided, and frankly they needed doing. Mattress were uncomfortable leading to not the best nights sleep and there is a sewage or septic tank smell emanating mainly from the bathroom area.

It needed a deep clean. For a 9:30am check out and 2:30pm check in unclear there is plenty of time to clean to a higher standard unless they are limited to 10minutes an apartment. Shower had not been properly cleaned for a while. You could hear neighbours talking through the walls.

getting the keys in the dark. reading the key box that is very low down. the beds were terrible. the double is the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in. two singles with a ridge down the middle and a flat mattress. also I am 5’8” and my feet were over the edge of the bed. the single was too short for an adult too. there were cobwebs in the bathroom. everything was shabby.
