The 3 seperate codes to get in is ridiculous. Not helped by the fact that any codes i had been sent were wrong. I spent 50 minutes in all on the phone to sort it. The middle door was padlocked open which is moronic. Also the picture of it on here is not the building. It’s not even near a river.

Central location, but hard to find as just a door on a street, but once we were inside it was a great location

The sofas were a bit “worn”

The place is in general disrepair. Flooring had a hole in it and broken threshold in Suite 3. It wasn't as clean as I'd like. There were no surfaces in the bath to put anything down on, no hook for a face towel. No paper towel provided to facilitate cleaning. No salt, or any kitchen amenities. This did not compare favorably to other places we stayed for a similar price.

Booking was easy, the follow up was professional, including a brochure on how to use the key locks and the heating, and the service overall was excellent The location was central, the apartment is huge! We had 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 kitchens and 3 living areas The place was clean, with everything we needed as 8 adults Security was great and we will stay again

The double beds weren't double mattresses, a topper would make them more comfortable The cookers were electric and took a long time to cook anything Finding it was quite challenging with sat nav, so put Wynnstay Arms Wrexham in and the apartment is just to up the one way, next to the off licence

Location was very good for shops, restaurant etc. The bedding was clean. Kitchen well equipped.

In apartment 3 of penthouse we could not use the shower. The drains were blocked and water collected immediately, overflowing. Double bed squeaked loudly, probably because the base looked broken. Also two of the headboard in other rooms were broken. I am nearly 80 and had not realised there was no lift. That was my fault though, because of low vision I must have missed that. I definitely want my deposit back.

It could be doing with blackout blinds or curtains as at 6am light shines in and makes it a bit annoying apart from that it's good

The Penthouse was nice,my children and nephews liked it,we wish we could stay longer...The parking was cheap,only paid £1.80 for the whole day and only 2mins walk to the property...We felt safe during our stay,the doors have their codes,surely will recommend!

The property accomodates 16 people but make sure you book everyone on the day of booking or you will get additional charge...It would be nice if you have a spare pillow or blanket...My brother had to sleep on a sofa bed with no blanket on,its good the weather was'nt cold...Overall rating was good :-)
