House had everything and more that we could if needed. Plenty of room to spread out also

Felt like a newer build. Nice bedrooms and outdoor space. Close to ocean. Nice pool. Bathrooms could’ve been cleaner.

It had plenty of space in the common areas and bedrooms. It was very nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub were great. The beach was a very short walk from the house. The ocean view was amazing and sun rises were beautiful. Areas that need improvement: The Beach Realty property next door (603 Tide Arch) did not know where to place garbage cans for pickup. As a result, we had to look at trash overflowing the cans all week. After contacting Beach Realty, they had someone come out and clean up the mess.

We were asked by the realty company to report any maintenance issues we had when we first arrived, so we did. Most of the items weren't critical, but the maintenance/service office didn't follow-up with a status as they said they would.

Even though we were there the week of the nor’easter storm we had a great time…Thank god for all of the space in this house to enjoy…We didn’t get to use the pool, yard, and decks which was disappointing because of the storm….The only fault I could say is that there is only one towel per person, you would have to pay $7.00 for every extra set needed…..And it’s the first house I have ever rented that had not even one dish towel….So just be prepared for that…..Other than that the house is awesome!

We loved having the shallow area connected to the pool for the little ones & were very impressed with the amount of pool floats provided. Cornhole boards were great as well. The pool floats and sand toys were stocked which was very nice!! The grassy area and corn hole was great for the kiddos! The only downside for us was we are used to having private access to the beach which this house does not have. The public access is just one house down though. We had an amazing time at Aftermath!!

However, the house is labelled as "Handicap Friendly" which I find deceiving. We have a child confined to a wheelchair and there was not a ramp to get the child inside the house. There is an elevator inside the house but it is very temperamental and stopped working a few times. The listing also stated there is a handicapped accessible shower but that is not the case. There is a still a step to get into the shower and a handicapped accessible shower should not have steps. This house does not have direct beach access which was disappointing but not a big deal. Very short walk to the beach but there are a lot of steps. The steps are not an issue for an abled-bodied individual but it was an issue for our one child in the wheelchair. So a beautiful house but the description is somewhat misleading. Also, the house does not have regular cable so we were not able to watch any of the Olympic games that were happening at the time. Property management was very nice but the video game stopped working Monday morning and was not fixed until Friday afternoon. They were wonderful in handling the situations with the elevator. One gentleman in particular, Mr. Greg, was exceptional. When the elevator broke Friday evening, he personally came out to the house to make sure we could get our child's wheelchair out of the house. This was not his job but he understood the severity of the situation with a child with special needs. Thank you, Mr. Greg.

Beautiful new home on ocean in Corolla, NC. The home was dirty upon our arrival (bathrooms especially) and we had a couple of minor maintenance issues; we reported right away and housekeeping and maintenance came the following day and took care of everything. They were very responsive. Plenty of room and the views can't be beat. We had a wonderful week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend home!

We rented this house and had 11 adults and 7 children in our party. The house had more than ample space for all that were part of our trip. You do not feel that you are on top of each other. The home was spotless when we arrived with many modern and updated touches including many TVs, theatre room, pool table and arcade games which was enjoyed by all. Another added bonus was in the bunk bed room three of the four bunk beds were full beds which was enjoyed by the kids. The view was breathtaking from all of the decks of the home. The access to the beach was one house down which was very convenient in bringing all of the items we needed and also offered a sense of privacy from others that were walking to the beach. The only minor draw backs with our experience is that check in was between 4:00-6:00 pm and due to the cleaning crew still being in the home we were not able to get into the home until 6:30pm and there was a minor issue with the elevator which was rectified the next day. There was good communication with the rental company and The only recommendation would be possibly to have an umbrella for the tables around the pool area to provide some shade. I would highly recommend staying at After Math and hope to be able to go back soon!

Property is great. Plenty of room and amenities. Management could have been better. Arrived and some of the second floor bedrooms did not have the linens changed or beds cleaned, with remnants of cereal still in some beds. Had to call the after hours service because offices are not open much beyond check in time. Someone showed up and cleaned the beds but did not have aone of the correct linen sets and that did not come until the day later. Conversations did not show any remorse or concern. All in all it was a nice property and nice visit. Dealings with management jaded it just a little.

After Math was the prefect home for all twelve adults & an infant to stay. We had plenty of space in & outside of the house. Just a short walk to the beach access. The pool was terrific for our baby. The interior of the house was clean & bathrooms were beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The location of the house is an easy walk or drive to two shopping areas. A few suggestions, add bath mats to the towel rental, hooks in the bathroom would be helpful to hang a bathrobe or pajamas & door mats inside the door from the pool & the carport to wipe the sand off your shoes. There are mats outside each door, but inside would be helpful. I was extremely pleased that all my contacts with Beach Realty employees were professional & polite. I would recommend this property for rental. The description was accurate regarding the location, layout & all amenities.

Everything is top of the line and made us feel so spoiled to have been there. There is an abundance of kitchen items and literally had everything we needed to cook for our large party of 12. The game room and theater room on the lower level kept the kids entertained on the rainy days and kept them happy and engaged with one another. Lots to do and see out in the town but honestly we didn’t want to leave this home for 1 minute because it was so perfect! Clean comfortable fenced in area with great pool and hot tub. Plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing and soaking up the sun during the warm months. Elevator was also a plus and helped loading and unloading our suitcase and food in and out of the home. Worth every penny! We will be back to stay as soon as we can.

We spent a week here with extended family and enjoyed every minute. The property was spacious and new, the one issue (an elevator issue that we ourselves caused) was fixed immediately. Kitchen was well equipped and Harris Teeter was close by. We spent many hours watching dolphins play in the ocean from the large 3rd floor room and its decks. Would definitely stay again.
