Plenty of space and lovely back yard.

We enjoyed our stay with multi-generational family as there's lots of space to spread out. The backyard is lovely and large, great to enjoy a game of frisbee, or corn hole (we brought ours), but be aware that it's not fenced in fully so if you bring your dog bring a lead for them if they tend to wander (neighbors are super friendly about dogs though!). We also found a perfect pair of trees to hang our hammock with pre-drilled hardware we used. The bike rides and walks to the beach were super easy and quick and you have some options, including just over the bridge about 1/4 mile away. We did most of our cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed, but we brought our coffee press and our blender, which we did not see there. There is a coffee maker and a Keurig. Owners were very responsive.

We were 8 adults (Grandparents, parents, adult children) and a few friends thrown in to enjoy all the Cape had to offer. The house was roomy and accommodated all our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and the back yard was great for large dinners and the 2 dogs we brought. The location was great, near beaches, retail and with beautiful views of the inlet and ocean near by. Beds were a little firm, but overall a great stay.

The house was lovely and roomy. It had all that we needed, as well as a nice, big backyard. The location was great, really nice, walkable neighborhoods and it was a quick 20 minute walk to Menahaunt beach. We were able to bring our dogs on vacation with us, which I so appreciate, and they loved being with us and going for walks. Emmanuel was very kind, checking in on us periodically to let us know he was there if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a week in June before the summer season really kicked up. The house was perfect for our family and even had some extra space for friends to visit for a couple days. One caveat, guests are asked to take their own trash home with them. There is a dump in Falmouth that you can get rid of trash bags for $2.50 each if you don’t have room in the car (we didn’t). Beaches were a quick drive (3 parking lots available) and were small and clean, not incredibly crowded. Outdoor shower was so helpful when coming home from the beach as well. This was our second stay on the property and would stay again.

We vacationed with family and enjoyed the spacious home and yard. There was good parking. This is not "beach walkable" so you will need a sticker to park in the "town" beach parking lots. The neighborhood is quiet and has walking paths - sidewalks. The host was very good about communicating and addressing anything needed. We had a great time.

This spot was just perfect for us!! The house was very spacious and comfortable. We spend a lot of time in the back yard grilling and relaxing with or family and dogs. Beautiful beach vacation ☀️😊

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The pictures really don't do it justice. The house was very clean and comfortable. It had absolutely everything we could possibly need. I highly highly recommend this property. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Our stay at this property was fantastic as usual. My family and my sister's family stayed at the house as part of a family vacation. This is a great house for a family vacation. The layout of the house is perfect, the large backyard provides the kids with a place to run around and play, the outdoor shower and fire pit are new, and the house is close to all the great Falmouth beaches. Emanuel is extremely responsive, seeing to our every question and need quickly. I will definitely stay at this house in the future.

My husband and I and another couple rented this great house from July 17, 2021 and left on July 24, 2021. This was one of the best summer vacations we have ever had! I have always wanted to rent a house in Falmouth and I found that special house to rent this year! Everything about this house was perfect! The East Falmouth location is great since the traffic is not so congested and once you know how to use the side roads you are very close to super markets and a fish market! The house was super clean and the outside fire pit and outside shower was wonderful! Plus there are several beaches just over a mile from the house! If you are a morning person and love to walk, the area is perfect for that type of adventure. Plus there are several restaurants in the Falmouth area and a few are located on the water. So if you have never been to Falmouth and want to experience some Cape Cod charm, consider renting this wonderful home!

Location and amenities were perfect for what we needed as a vacation with a newborn. We had friends and family stop by at various points during the week and the house comfortably fit everyone. The house is very close to several beaches which was great for heading back to the house with the baby if needed. Emanuel was responsive and checked in on us a couple times during the stay. Would rent again

We stayed at this property in Falmouth the first week of August, 2020. The house is large and comfortable and would comfortably 2 families looking to enjoy a vacation on The Cape. There are two living rooms on the bottom floor for the family to spread out in. The open kitchen and dining room are bright, cheerful and layed out perfectly for cooking and large family dinners. There are four large bedrooms including 2 king beds which works out well for me since I'm tall. There are many cheerful beach and ocean themed decorations throughout the house which I appreciate as it allows you to completely immerse in the relaxing peaceful beach environment and shows the owners of the house take particular pride in creating a relaxing place in which to unwind. The backyard is huge, providing plenty of open space for a BBQ and for the kids to play wiffle ball, kickball and other activities. The outdoor shower is great for cleaning up after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, the house is conveniently located close to several great Cape Cod beaches, including Menauhaunt, Bristol, and Falmouth Heights Beachs. I was able to bike to The Heights in about 10 minutes. When we arrived the house was clean and ready for use. Emanuel the owner is very nice and very responsive. He was quick to respond to any concerns we had. I would absolutely rent this house again and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a nice Cape vacation.

The house was perfect for my family of 5 plus a few of their friends - clean, spacious, and conveniently located to several beaches and restaurants. The Cape Cod Winery was a few mins away which was a fun night for GNO. Large backyard for my boys to throw a football/frisbee. Everything in the house worked - TV, ACs, appliances etc. Fire pit and grill were a huge plus!!! And the communications with the owner before check-in and even after were prompt and very accommodating. We had a great week! Glad we found this place.

This was the perfect spot for our family to enjoy some summer fun safely during these challenging Covid19 times. The property was immaculate and offered a huge private yard to cookout, play games and host daytrippers safely. The beds were all comfy and the AC units kept the house nice and cool. We enjoyed several nearby beaches that were an easy 10 min walk away or 3 min car ride. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking family-style meals and eating out on the picnic tables. The house is located in a perfect area for young and old with plenty of paths to walk and bike ride. Our host Emmanuel was helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back because one week wasn’t enough!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this clean, spacious, bright & cheery home! It is conveniently located near two beaches - a short walk or easy bike ride. It is also a short easy drive to downtown Falmouth and Woods Hole. Emmanuel is very responsive & clearly cares about his property and the comfort and satisfaction of his renters. I would highly recommend this property to others and would be thrilled to stay here again!
