Clean and new, large rooms with everything in there (mini fridge, microwave, etc) and friendly and efficient staff. Would recommend and would stay there again. Quiet too!

Breakfast was OK. The rooms were clean and the property was new. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Location for us was optimal as it was very close to the convention center

The location of the property was disappointing, vis a vis its surroundings. Compared to other properties near by, which were surrounded by trees and greenery, the Fairfield was mostly gravel, dirt and pavement. Not good curb appeal.

I was disappointed with the lack of sound proofing with the floor above us. could hear the jumping, heavy walking, etc.

I requested a corner quiet room as we were there for a close family funeral and they replied they would accommodate us. Then I called a few hours before arriving to confirm this and they said yes. Fourth floor corner room. When we arrived they said no room on 4th floor and put us in middle of 3rd floor. Not a big deal but would have appreciated a straight answer from the beginning instead of false expectation.

The rooms were quite dirty. For a fairly new hotel, the cleaning was inadequate in the room. The shower floor was quite dirty, the carpets had food crumbs on them as well as the bedside clock and television remote.
