Great location

Fantastic views from this condo. Excellent location. Nicely decorated unit, very clean, kitchen is updated and well equipped. The king bed has a very comfortable mattress. End unit condo. For a beach condo we felt this unit had nice private balcony space. Next condo building can see you from their tinted side windows but their balconies are further front facing so you really can't see anyone on their balcony. A coin laundry, $1 each load, is available for the building. Not used by us during the visit but available are twin beds, mini-splits for AC in each room, dehumidifier, beach chairs and umbrella. We own a seasonal rental on Cape Cod so we are highly observant of rental properties; we would definitely stay here again!

It is a 2nd floor unit of a 3 story building. Heavy walkers above will be heard. During part of our stay we had, we think, a young child frequently running in the unit above. Fortunately they must have gone to bed early! Later in the week we heard someone arrive but barely heard them after that. It would be great if all the unit owners reminded their renters to tread lightly as sound carries between floors in most multi unit buildings.

The place was very clean and lots of space!!!

Didn't like the balcony people in building next door was looking right at you out there windows no privacy,AC was kind of complicated to use its more modern couldn't figure it out at first lol!!

Proximity to beach and town

We were fortunate to book this villa in an urgency manner of a short visit The property was absolutely beautiful the Host’s descriptive narrative of the villa was right on.

The villa was a corner unit located next to a totally different villa property which had some renovations taking place. a little added morning noise which didn’t overwhelm our totally satisfied experience.
