Das Hotel ist relativ neu und modern. Die Zimmer sind leise, sodass man gut schlafen kann. In Summe macht das Hotel einen guten Eindruck.
Die Lage des Hotels zwischen Bahnhof (klar - ist ja auch ein Intercity Hotel) und dem Bürgerpark ist nicht die beste Gegend in Saarbrücken. Zu späterer Stunde (ab ca. 22:00 Uhr) laufen hier schon zwielichtige Gestalten herum. Es gibt Bereiche in Saarbrücken die sicherer sind.

Frühstück war ok.
Man kann die Fenster nur einen Spalt öffnen. Auch auf Nachfrage keine Möglichkeit, das Fenster für mehr Luft ganz zu öffnen. Deswegen können wir dort leider nicht mehr übernachten.

Ich bin regelmäßig dort - der beste Beweis, dass ich dort (bis auf Kleinigkeiten) immer zufrieden bin. Das Design der Zimmer ist nett gemacht, die Zimmer sind immer sauber.
Wenn man nur für eine Person bucht, wäre es trotzdem schön, wenn man noch ein zweites Kissen haben könnte.

Well located. Very central and right next to a large shopping center. Basically new hotel and nicely furnished. Pleasant launch area in the lobby. Good 4 star hotel without being surprising. Staff friendly - but without being too enthusiastic.
Breakfast ok, rather simple. Fits for a business trip, for a vacation stay not very charming.

Everything is new and clean. Great location. Just minutes to the shopping area and to restaurants. We loved the hotel entrance area. There are many places to sit and relax. Very friendly staff.
Rooms are a bit small but perfect for a few days.

Spacious, quiet, facility is very new, location is great as it’s only 6min walk from the Saarbruken central train station, very worth the money.

my booking was with breakfast, When I reach the hotel. they said it is without breakfast and I should pay extra even though I paid about €100 additional to the fees that my colleague paid for the same room

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, especially with our dog and baby. They helped with some of the baby equipment we had and we're very happy to help.
The parking is expensive, €25 for the garage overnight. It's a nice garage and convenient for the hotel, but a bit pricey.

Queues at breakfast. People were not sure where to stand. Maybe the layout did not help.

Location was great, very clean, staff was very polite and professional. Absolutely will stay again next time I am in the area, and I will look for other intercity hotels next time I am looking for a place to stay in other cities
The sound proofing in the hotel was good, i almost never heard any other guests, but because of the big windows I could still hear quite a bit of street noise, but I honestly still slept fine and it wasnt an issue.

Clean nice and functional room, _great_ location. You go out and you have bunch of good restaurants, fun.

Clean room, good location.
The staff were not overly friendly or helpful. The single duvet, single pillow and single towel for one person staying in a double room was a bit odd.

Very clean and very close to the train station.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
The morning breakfast lacked options but was fresh and tasty.
THe staff locked me out of the room as the system registered me as checking out one day before the dates i booked.
