Very spacious apartment with any amount of room for guests to enjoy a wee break in the borders of Scotland 🏴 Hawick .
Couldn’t fault this apartment as it was spotless, well maintained and modern.

We had an excellent 2-night stay at this flat in Hawick over Christmas! The place was clean and cosy and had a lovely festive vibe with tasteful decorations.
The flat had everything we needed, and the comfy beds made for a good night's sleep. The view was a real treat, especially during our morning coffee.
The location was convenient, close to shops and attractions. The property manager was super thoughtful, leaving a sweet Christmas welcome package.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend this place for a cosy holiday retreat. We're already thinking about coming back!

From outside the flat doesn't look much, but we were pleasantly surprised when we stepped through the front door! There was a tumble drier, clothes airers and log burner to dry our wet cycling clothes and despite being advised otherwise, plenty room in the kitchen to store our bikes.
The induction hob - managed to burn the porridge in the morning! More used to cooking with gas! I'll know to stir and keep an eye on it next time!

We loved everything about the apartment, it was stunning, extremely clean and well looked after very central to the town centre and more amenities than more expensive properties that we have been to

This place is overwhelming cosy: it was great to be able to cook ourselves and have a family evening while travelling throughout Scotland.

The property was well presented clean and we were given good directions.
It would of been nice if there had been a pint of milk to make tea or coffee put there was tea and coffee supplied .

The property was classic old Scottish building but modern with every convenience and very clean. Right in the heart of the town
The smell from downstairs was a little off putting and there are lots of stairs with only one bathroom downstairs from the bedrooms

Absolutely wonderful… host Matt has decorated this apartment beautifully… love his taste in books and paintings the whole place …( totally me) Apartment is just up from the Main Street… supermarkets… pubs. Plenty places to park the car. Was big enough for family of 4. Matt contacted us before getting there and was available to answer any questions if needed. We will be back.

Lovely flat in a peaceful location. Host was excellent. He made sure flat was well equipped and responded to all queries promptly. Friendly and helpful service. Would highly recommend it.

A beautiful apartment. Large rooms, warm and cosy, beautifully decorated, comfy beds, everything and more you would need, central Hawick with very short walk to town centre. An ideal base for touring the borders. You'd be mad to pass on this one. We will 100% book it again if we are down that way. Thanks Matt.

We changed from an Airbnb to this property at the last minute to attend a family wedding - what a good decision! The property was spotless, comfortable and well provisioned - there's was even a gift basket of treats! There was plenty of space for 4 adults to relax and dine. The decor tipped a hat to Scottish tradition but kept the place light and airy. You are so lucky, Matt, that we didn't have room in the car for me to make off with one of your gorgeous houseplants! Communication with Matt was easy (and friendly) so there was no problem accessing the keys and finding somewhere to park. Any questions were dealt with promptly. He also went out of his way to help us with early access as we had a further journey to make to Edinburgh airport on the day of our arrival. Much appreciated. This really was a 400 mile home from home!!
Only one thing we can think of that could be improved and that would be a way of keeping the windows opened further (we used some kindling to wedge them!). If it hadn't been so hot that weekend, we may never have noticed the need.

Excellent apartment in central Hawick. Beautifully equipped with everything you'd need for your stay. Owner Matt was extremely helpful with our early check in and late check out requests. We were in Hawick for a family wedding but hopefully we can return some day. No hesitation in highly recommending this apartment. 2 large bedrooms, lounge, large kitchen and bathroom, all beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean
