The house is in a prime location. It is in great shape. Overall, we had a good experience. Note that one full bath that is listed is in the basement. Also note for the more frequent hot days in Seattle that there is central forced air for the house, but only one AC unit in the main bedroom.

Perfect place to stay in Queen Anne while visiting Seattle to see our daughter! We enjoyed the spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. House stayed warm even when temps outside got below freezing. And we could walk to everything in this charming neighborhood.

The house was very clean and everything was extremely well thought out. It was so great to stroll to all the Queen Anne shops and restaurants just a few blocks away - such a lovely neighborhood - and we walked to Seattle Center several times as well. When we needed the car, the parking in back was very convenient. All in all, we’d definitely stay again.

The Urban Farmhouse is a beautiful home. Walking distance to the downtown in Queen Anne and Kerry Park. Fantastic stay!

This listing was accurate as depicted and the owner was responsive. We had most everything needed in the kitchen and the AC and window cooling layout was fine. We had no issues with internet connectivity although the tv setup was pretty no frills and not really usable with our FireStick. Be aware of any shopping trips walking down QA Hill to CVS etc., the return trip is a doozy. Great overall house layout and pretty comfortable beds. Thanks!

There is an impressive binder in the kitchen in which the hosts put a lot of love and time into. Itll give you a great starting point for your vacation.

My dog and I accompanied my dad who was coming to town for a work conference. The home is in such a great location- just a block from restaurants, a mile from the Seattle Center, and less than an hour from hiking in the mountains along I-90. The streets around the neighborhood are tight- so you if you fly in and rent a car, you might want to consider getting something on the smaller side.

We had a great stay at the urban farmhouse in late April. It’s safe and quiet and well-appointed and clean. The location is excellent as a hub for seeing things. You can walk to coffee shops and restaurants and it seemed anywhere we went was a 10-20 minute drive. The beds were super comfy, the owner, Stefani, was great to work with, and we recommend with enthusiasm!

This our 4th time staying at this property. It so clean and comfy you will never find another rental this clean. The owner Stephanie andcher co host Kathleen are tremndous people to communicate with. Its a five star plus property for sure.

We had such a great stay in this sweat West Queen home. We truly felt like we stepped into someone’s lovingly cared for home and were welcomed with open arms. The neighbor was perfect for our family. Lots of shops and sights we could walk to and short drive to everything downtown. The home is incredibly charming, well updated and very comfortable. The beds are so cozy and the kitchen is fully stocked. We loved exploring the shops and restaurants in Queen Anne and appreciated having a Trader Joe’s that we could walk to so we could cook at home. It was a perfect few days in Seattle. Thank you Stefani and Kathleen for sharing your home with the world!

There were two couples and we really enjoyed staying at this house. It was perfectly clean, well appointed, plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Comfortable layout with a) bathroom on all 3 floors, b) 2 bedrooms don't share a wall, c) nice flow in living/dining/kitchen. Super quiet street. Amazing Queen Anne location. The hosts were fabulous, too!

So cozy and convenient!
Our family of 4 stayed and explored the city. The front porch was great for afternoon relaxing, and watching Queen Ann life move around. The hosts were so helpful with recommendations and making sure we felt comfortable and welcomed. We loved our stay!!

Stephanie home is beautiful clean and perfect little country setting in a large city very nice we love it. Perfect Seattle Getaway!
Stayed for the weekend with girl friends and the location and house were perfect! Very chic farmhouse vibes, it looked even better in person than in the listing. Just down the street from the bus stop that takes you downtown, and in a very walkable neighborhood lined with coffee shops and cafes perfect for a morning treat. This was an excellent stay with communicative hosts and overall a great experience!

Lovely home in a great location!
We loved our stay at this place. It was a quiet street and within walking distance to so much (or a short Uber/Lyft). It's close to Trader Joe's, which made for easy grocery shopping and lots of cafes and restaurants. We really enjoyed the front porch for sitting and watching the rain.
The two bedrooms upstairs were roomy and comfortable. If you have guests with mobility issues, the bath tub upstairs has a high ledge that can make it difficult to get in/out of. The other bathroom downstairs involves steep stairs.
In all we loved our stay and had a great time in Seattle.

Farmhouse chic
The farmhouse was amazing! Very clean and well stocked. The owners went out of their way to ensure our kiddos had plenty to do and play with. We definitely appreciated the carport parking. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. We loved watching the hummingbirds while drinking coffee on the porch. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within waking distance including a Trader Joe's. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

This is the PERFECT property. Located in Queen Anne on a quiet, lovely street, this property is a great spot for a small group or family. Stephanie and Kathleen were amazing co-hosts. Texted me prior to check in with thorough details and we messaged a few times regarding one or two items. This is the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed at. It has amazing amenities - everything you could think of or need. The pictures and description of this home DO NOT do it justice! This home is unbelievable. It’s thoughtfully designed, was spotlessly cleaned, very well equipped and in the perfect neighborhood. It was the perfect place for our family who ranged in ages 8 to 80. Thank you for hosting us!
