This was our 2nd year at the rental. Love the location and house. I could sit for hours on either deck looking out at the ocean. So relaxing !

The location of this property was terrific with great views of Back Beach in Rockport MA from the 2 outside decks and the kitchen window. The kitchen was up-to-date and easy for food preparation. Two nice places to eat: breakfast nook and dining table. Great driveway that can accommodate 3 cars. Two comfortable sitting rooms and 3 bedrooms. Pleasant neighbors in close nearby houses. An easy walk through Rockport downtown. Two blocks from both front and back beaches. Outdoor shower. Good water pressure in the bathrooms. Lots of bedding and house and beach towels. Highly responsive property manager!

We are so happy that we had the opportunity to stay in this lovely home in charming Rockport. The property is in a great location. We walked to shops, restaurants and the beach. The view of the water from the deck is spectacular!
The home was very clean and provided everything that we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet. The layout is great and offered various useful spaces. We really appreciated the ample parking.
We would definitely consider renting this beautiful property in the future.

This was just a quick stay while helping a friend move. The property was just as described and in a great location for walking. The beaches were not even a 2 minute walk away. Downtown Rockport was maybe a 5 minute walk. It was extremely clean and was easy to find. I appreciated the towels being laid out on the beds especially since we got in late our first night. Property owners were very prompt with the instructions for the site and extremely friendly.

The house is in a perfect location. Quiet street but walking distance to the beach and downtown Rockport. The house is fully stocked with everything you might need to enjoy your stay. The roof top deck is a huge plus! Would come back in a heartbeat.

We loved the location - views from the home to the ocean, walk to the beach and downtown Rockport. Perfect for my family with 3 adult kids, everyone could come and go as they pleased. LOVED the concerts at the Gazebo on Sunday and Monday night. What a pleasant surprise. We sat on our balcony and had dinner while listening to the music. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the house and location! The place was exactly as described. It was close to town yet far enough from the crowded tourist. We enjoyed the live music on the common. The neighbors were all so friendly. Our favorite place was the top deck where we sat every evening looking at Back Beach. By far our favorite rental house in Rockport and hope to visit again next summer.

We visit family in Boston the first weekend in November every year. Decided to change it up and head north as none of us had ever visited Rockport before. The location is absolutely perfect, and in auick, easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
The home is incredibly spacious; the kids utilized the middle sitting room to play while the adults relaxed in the living room. We were fortunate enough to have warm enough weather in November to sit outside on the deck and enjoy the coastal views.

We are two couples (over the age of 50) who had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property in Rockport. The location could not be better with beautiful water views from the windows…relaxing walks to shops and eateries…and quick drives to other towns. The property is immaculate and stocked with anything you could want. Our host was terrific to work with. We miss Rockport already!

Perfect home away from home
We had a great long weekend visiting Rockport with our family. The house was clean, comfortable, equipped with everything you need, and perfectly placed in Rockport with water views and a really short walk to water and shops. Communication was great and Michael accommodated our needs. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Fabulous rental with amazing views of the ocean from the balcony
Our adult sons, daughter-in-law, my husband and I were thoroughly pleased with this rental. Michael was responsive before we arrived and contacted us after our arrival to make sure everything was as we expected. The kitchen was beautiful and well-equipped with a fantastic view of the ocean. Good privacy between first floor bedroom and second floor bedrooms. Wonderful renovations to an old house.

We had a wonderful stay at this Rockport property. It was very clean and well equipped. The property was beautiful and the location was perfect! The views from both decks were absolutely gorgeous. The location couldn't be better, just a quick walk to the water and a nice stroll to town. Mike was very responsive. We highly recommend!

We picked up our daughter from Northeastern for a long weekend. Spent 2 nights here, great location, quaint town. We were walking distance of restaurants and trails. House clean, great to have coffee on the patio and look at the ocean. Would return here.

The location of 9 Smith is perfect. The house itself is sweet and unbelievably clean and tidy , fresh linens and towels provided . The bedrooms are airy and private. Two bathrooms is a big plus also. Not one but two exterior decks provide amazing views of the sparkling ocean right across the road There is a wonderful Weber gas grill. Perfect for lovely alfresco dining. I cannot say enough about how lovely this rental is. The owner Michael is great to deal with and the rental is run smoothly and with great professionalism and friendliness. Just amazing!
We had the most perfect little getaway. The home was impeccable. Plenty of space for a family of four. Ocean views and a two minute walk to the beach - can't beat that. Already planning on a return stay. Communication was easy and check in was just as Mike described. Can't wait to be back!

This house was perfect for our mini February vacation getaway. It was the change in scenery we all needed. The house couldn't have been cleaner, closer to town and the beaches, or more perfect for us. The kids are already asking when we can come back! We reached out to Dan the property manager because the door lock was low on battery and he was responsive and super helpful. This house was GREAT!
