We liked the fact that it was kids friendly and our host had a "free mind spirit". So you are quite free to do what you want in a location where you couldn't normally. Nice room and overall clean Very nice location and restful Friendly host Kids breakfast wasn't charged

The staff was very friendly and helpful and did their best to make us comfortable and look after us.

The place was once a five star hotel we presume but is now unsigned, very comfortable bed, not the cleanest, empty with no staff apart from someone to let you in and give you breakfast. We were the only ones there and at night the only people in the building it appeared! An extraordinary experience a fabulous building, an indoor and outdoor pool, hammam and sauna which you could use if you requested but fairly unnerving! No restaurant and we could not tell if they were planning to open properly at some stage or just running at as a b & b. The web page is completely out of date. Recent reviews look suspicious.

Staff were very friendly and helpful unlike other reviews we had read.

Cleanliness was not up to standard at all, especially regarding new regulations for covid-19 Buffet breakfast with no serving spoons (everyone picking up toast and croissants etc with their hands!) No social distancing whatsoever and lots of small trinkets/decor around for people to touch and pick up. Room was over priced

Amazing property and grounds, pool lovely and decorated tastefully. Receptionist friendly. Enjoyed the use of the bikes. Awesome opportunity for 5 star accomodation if you can overlook the small details.

The small things. No air con, bath, bin or hair dryer in the room. Cleanliness borderline, could do with a vacuum (hairs found on bathroom floor, window sills dusty) . Lack of covid 19 precautions was a little worrying, didn't see any staff wearing masks. Menu selection at dinner was not was actually available.
