We loved staying here. Young kids and adults, short walk to the beach, close to everything. Amenities can’t be beat, everyone was so comfortable. We will 100% be booking this house again!

We also got good use out of the first floor ping pong table and the hot tub. The house is a short (<5 min) walk from the beach and the owners provided a wagon (with large wheels to navigate the sand) to bring whatever you need to the beach. The owners also provide beach chairs and paddle boards, which my family was all to happy to make use of.

We had 8 adults and 1 child in our group. The house was clean and we all had enough room. The weather was perfect! Very close walk to the beach. Being able to have beach time and pool time was great. We utilized the beach wagon, bikes, boogie board, ping pong table, and pool slide. Everyone had a great time. The only recommendation: It would have been nice if there was a downstairs bathroom for quick use while using the pool. I would definitely rent this houae again.

This was one of our best family vacations to Topsail yet. The house is in a great location and has so many things to do right on the property too. The house was also really clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

My family of four including 2 boys (9&11) were joined by another family with boys of the same ages for a long weekend. The house was very clean which we all loved except for a random pacifier under the bed. This was not a big deal as the house was well decorated and the bedding was obviously fresh. The home had enough kitchen tools to eat-in or dish out take-out easily. The pool, hot tub and ping pong table were a HUGE hit for all especially that the pool was heated because the weather wasn’t the best everyday. The description of the bedrooms was a little misleading but with four boys, we made it work! We loved our time here! Thank you for having us! I highly recommend!

Our family truly enjoyed our week at Seaquestered. The home is superbly clean and beautiful, the kitchen is well-stocked and the pool was amazing. Ken was super-fast in responding to our question about the pool. We would absolutely stay here again.

We could not have asked for a better trip. The house was amazing the location was good short walk to beach access. The pool and hot tub were a hit for my crew. We also loved that the entire back of the house was fenced in. The owners were amazing at responding quickly and were very kind.. Such a wonderful trip hated to leave

Fantastic home and property. Owners super attentive and helpful. House clean and well appointed. Little details and amenities make this truly feel like a home away from home. We had 3 of our young adult kids (17-21) with us and they really enjoyed the home (location and amenities) but we also could see how it would be a fantastic fit for a family with younger kids as well. No need to read all the reviews, just book it, you won’t be sorry. We would not hesitate to stay here again if/when returning to surf city.

Seaquestered was perfect in so many ways. We are two families of 4 with kids ages 17-21. The location was convenient to stores, restaurants, and shopping. The house was immaculate, and every detail was thought of. The outdoor set up was perfect. A true backyard oasis. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time to visit and it was even better than the first. Ben and Kim are so thorough with all the house info and easy to reach if needed. You can tell how much they love the home by how well furnished and kept it is. There is something for everyone in the family to enjoy and the beach is a short 5 minute walk away. We are looking forward to our summer stay here in a couple of months!

I have rented through VRBO for almost 15 years and Seaquestered might be one of my favorite stays. The house was perfectly clean. Whoever was responsible for the interior decorating did a phenomenal job. From the down-wrapped sofa and chair cushions to the tiny shells in the backsplash tile- it felt nothing like a rental.
My kids loved the heated pool and slide. It was clean and we had zero issues utilizing the outdoor space. The owners were super helpful and very quick to respond to questions/concerns.
The house is just a few minutes walk to the public access, we went often for walks and shell hunting.
I highly recommend this home. You won't be disappointed.

I highly recommend this property to families. Even though it cool in the evenings, the pool was heated enough to swim in and the hot tub was relaxing. We had lots of fun playing ping pong too. The kitchen is small but big enough for us to prepare our big thanksgiving dinner in.

This was our second year staying at this house, and we continue to love everything about this property. The location is perfect - a very short walk to the beach, so it's easy to go back and forth as needed throughout the day. It's also a quick drive to most restaurants (our personal favorites were donuts for breakfast and tacos for dinner). The backyard is amazing - both the kids and adults took full advantage of the heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit during our stay. The house had everything we needed, and it was very easy for a family of 4 to spread out and feel right at home. Communication with the host was great - always available to answer questions and provide suggestions. Can't wait to schedule a trip for next year!

We have been to a few beach houses in this area. This is by far the best one we have ever stayed. The house is immaculately clean and like new. Really great layout for a family with kids. The kids looooved the slide in the pool. We loved how close it was to beach access from walking from the home. The amenities are great with bikes, grill, pool, beach cart, etc. The backyard is also like your own little sanctuary. We will for sure book here again. Thanks for letting us stay.

Our family stay was great. The host remained in constant contact with us up until check in and was available if we needed anything (not that we would have). The entire property is super clean and they have considered any amenity you may want. Perfectly located in Surf City, short bike ride or walk to the pier and resultants, but far enough to enjoy the quiet “beach life”.

This by far is one of the most memorable vacations we have ever had. The house was perfect for everyone of all ages. The activities and amenities offered at the house exceeded our expectations. The house is located near the fresh market , Southside park where we went out to kayak, the pier, the roads were biker friendly and the beach was readily accessible just a short walk! The owners was so responsive, prepared us for our visit and made sure all details were covered. We would highly recommend this property and plan to visit again!

This was our second year in a row staying at this property. We typically don't repeat locations, but we simply were not able to find anything else remotely close to this amazing home.
The owner's communication, care, and attention to detail is above and beyond anyone else. The home has a very nice size pool with water slide & deck jets, hot tub, ping pong table, fire pit, nice TVs throughout the house, fast WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, and easy linen service. The house is exceptionally clean, and they continue to add improvements. For example, there is a new sleeper sofa in the loft area with a very nice foam pullout.
Check-in was a breeze with a unique keypad code texted to me and no need to every worry about keys.
The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes and there is a pull cart available to load up your stuff. The very short walk is more than worth it when you are coming home to a nice pool and hot tub after a long day at the beach.
100% recommend this home to anyone considering the area.

Our kids absolutely loved hanging out at the pool with the slide. The backyard feels like an oasis. The house is extremely clean and close to the beach and also walkable to the restaurants and shops in town. We cooked every night in the kitchen. Overall, a terrific stay!

It was a nice stay
We had a wonderful time there. Stayed over the 4th of July holiday, was quite active here until the 5th. Used the pool a lot due to weather. Played all the games Ben has available, rode the bikes. Accomplished everything we needed.

Fabulous cottage
We have been coming to Surf City for 30+ years and this is by far the best cottage we have rented. The location of the cottage was a short walk to the beach public access. And the hosts, very easy to work with and quick to answer any questions.

Great place to stay!
My wife and I and two children have rented several beach properties over the years and this one was by far the best. The property is immaculately maintained and includes everything you need. It’s obvious the owners take pride in the place. The whole family was blown away by the backyard…pictures don’t do it justice, it’s an absolute oasis. Great pool, big hot tub and a nice grill we used for dinner a couple of the nights we were there. The automatic lighting in the back gave the place a great vibe at night, like you were in your own high-end resort. Beach is a short walk. Come back, rinse off in the outdoor shower and hit the pool. Several beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided, no need to bring your own. We also got a lot of use from the two bikes and the ping pong table. The owners were very responsive to questions.

Beautiful home, beautiful surroundings!! This house gave each of us the togetherness we wanted on our family trip but also the individual privacy we wanted if needed. Dream Family Vacation - Memorial Weekend
If you’re on the fence, do not hesitate to book this amazing home, this is the cleanest and best maintained VRBO we’ve ever rented! Plus, it’s well located and an easy walk to the beach. The backyard was the peaceful and relaxing oasis the adults were dreaming of. The hot tub was pristine and appeared to be practically brand new - it was heavenly! The kids had a blast in the heated pool which was the perfect temp day and night.
Trigger Alert: Our stay at this property was our attempt at a Do Over vacation related to a poor experience at a VRBO property (with different owners) a month prior. We were cautiously optimistic that this property would be a better experience than our past trip and was it ever!
