Super central location and easy check in! Some great food places around and easy walks to the beaches.

The walls are very thin and the neighbourhood is quite loud. Best for deep sleepers

Everything amazing place to Stay

Very good location, near Forte de Peniche and the boat docks to go to Berlengas Island! Very comfortable room, amazing bed and great lighting. Private bathroom tiny but good! The terrace is cozy and has a good view

The kitchen was a bit dated, the stove took very very long to heat water and the kettle wasn't working. Great place but wouldnt recommend to someone with mobility issues, as there are lots of stairs (the kitchen is on the top floor)

Location and access was the highlight of the property. The room had everything for a sleepover and it was not that expensive in comparison to similar properties. The street was quiet as the property wasn't located on main avenue.

The sink in the bathroom was clogged and unusable, although they did fix it upon reporting the problem (should have been checked before any guest checks in). Sound isolation was a bit poor, could hear other guests party upstairs in the balcony and overall the noise was rather perceptible.

The location is central and close to most bars and restaurants as well as the fort and the docks for boat tours. It is a 15 minute walk to great beaches. If you just need a bed and a shower, this place is an inexpensive option. The staff was helpful in making check in and check out easy.

The finishes in the room are cheap, especially in the bathroom. The showerhead was broken off the wall. The mattress was cheap and if there are 2 people in the bed, you hear and feel every movement your partner makes. It was also quite loud in the room we had. The room was very hot when the window was closed, so we slept with it open. The window let in a lot of noise from the street.

After the first night I woke up and felt an itch on my shoulders. She noticed red spots as from mosquito bites. After the second night, the bites increased and the itching intensified. After the third night it got worse. I had to spend the night at a friend's house, even though I paid for this room, but staying there for the night was not possible. After contacting the doctor, he said that it was a bed bug bite. I had to buy medicine and deal with my own belongings, a suitcase. I had to go to the laundromat, wash things at 90 degrees. This caused a lot of problems. Terrible conditions. The photo shows traces of bedbugs on the bed. The owner does not respond
