Our room was not ready until an hour and a half after check in time. We had to wait in the lobby and one of the staff members was disorganized and unsympathetic about the delay. For the high price there’s no excuse for the delay. Several people were waiting in lobby for rooms. They finally told me I could have a room with a bed and pull out couch (I reserved a room with 2 beds) and when I asked if the couch had sheets they said they would give them to me but they refused to put the sheets on and make up the couch for us.

I liked how soft and comfortable the bed was. There was cable and Netflix access. The shower was nice and big.

Difficulty exiting parking lot to be able to make a left turn at light across the street at the main exit. Having to immediately cross to the third lane was difficult due to traffic.

It was very close to the mall and plenty of food with a quick drive. The ppl were very nice and helpful.

My room had someone’s sock in the living room area and someone’s used lotion bottle near the bed on the floor and a cup of old coffee left inside of the microwave.

Coffee was nasty.

Window in room was missing the blackout shade making room bright and night causing difficulty to sleep. Need larger trash can or empty trash daily if not providing daily cleaning.

The breakfast was great and the hotel itself was nice.

You need an entire floor dedicated to the people who are allergic to dogs/cats, etc. I was not aware when I booked that you were pet friendly and would not have stayed there if I knew you do not have a dedicated floor for people like me who are allergic. I am not against dogs/cats but some of us don't do well around them for breathing reasons and we are just afraid of dogs.
