Esta encantadora casa de campo en el corazón de Albert Town tiene mucho carácter que ofrece espacio, privacidad y un jardín completamente vallado. Es acogedor, cálido y privado con muebles nuevos y modernos. El doble acristalamiento, una estufa de leña y una bomba de calor te mantendrán caliente en invierno. Una segunda sala de estar ofrece a las familias más grandes espacio para extenderse. A poca distancia de las tiendas de Albert Town, el río Clutha y las numerosas rutas de senderismo y ciclismo de montaña, así como el Double Black Cafe y la piscina comunitaria.
Arriba hay dos dormitorios, uno con una cama king y el otro con 2 camas individuales king. También hay un baño con inodoro. En la planta baja hay un dormitorio queen y sala de estar independiente con un sofá cama. WC separado y un baño grande. Sala de estar / comedor de planta abierta con cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas y Nespresso (traiga sus propias vainas). También hay una lavandería / cocina separada. Ideal para 2 grupos que desean un poco de privacidad y espacio extra.
La vida de planta abierta se abre a una gran terraza con muebles de exterior y barbacoa.
Puede relajarse en el jardín privado y tranquilo sabiendo que sus hijos estarán seguros. Completamente cercado con árboles y arbustos maduros y establecidos. Disfruta de la paz y la privacidad a solo 5 minutos en auto del centro de Wanaka.

We had a great time. The house was set up with everything we needed. Great location for our skiing in Cardrona and trip to Wanaka. Lots of space and fantastic yard for our dogs. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at this lovely house in Albert town. Arrived to a warm cozy house that was kitted out with everything we needed and plenty of space and wi fi for our large teens. The hosts were super accomodating and fast at communicating. Combined with amazing weather and skiing it was the perfect trip. Thanks again.

Fantastic, warm and well equipped house
We had a great stay in this property. The facilities were excellent and clean. It was warm with the heat pumps, fire and electric blankets. Views from the top windows gorgeous. The kitchen was well equipped, really great to have a slow cooker while we were skiing.

Family Weekend
We had an amazing stay. The property was perfect for 3 couples and our 2 dogs. Well fenced lovely gardens . Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Black Frye Cottage. The cottage had heaps of space for two couples and two children. It was warm and comfortable, and well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and they were proactive in getting in touch when our original booking was impacted by COVID restrictions. We chose to move our booking to a later date, and are so glad we did. Highly recommended.

Perfect Getaway house
Unfortunately covid cut our trip short (we arrived the level 4 lockdown was announced and had to leave the next day to get home). But the house the perfect spot for us, it was so lovely and warm and well equipped with everything you could need to make your stay great (kitchen equipment, pantry essentials, bedding, heating, etc). Sarah was really helpful and accommodating when we had to pack up and leave a day after arrival and made our stressful trip home just a little smoother. We will be back!

As a family of 5 with our dog, this holiday home was the perfect size. The separate room downstairs worked well for our teenage son and the two lounges meant no fighting over the TV! The garden was secure for the dog. This is a lovely, warm house and we would definitely stay there again

Excellent
We stayed with our 10 year old daughter and our dog for a long weekend, the property was sparkling clean (we have some dust mite allergies and no one was bothered the entire stay) this hands down the cleanest property we have stayed in over the last few years in Wanaka.
The property is very well fenced and secure.
Plenty of space for all
The kitchen was well supplied and had a handy supply of the basic food and cooking essentials- which we topped up.
There are other mixed rentals near by and the younger tenants across the way did have loud music, which was the only down side we experienced and this was quickly dealt with by the permanent neighbours.

Great Holiday
We all had a great holiday the house was perfect for our family and the best part we could bring our dog. The high fences and fully fenced section was great, he's a big dog but there was no way he could get out. We were lucky to have brilliant weather so after spending the days at the lake it was good to be able to use the pool and spa after tea. Can't wait to go back!!!

On finding the listing I knew the property would be prefect as a coming together for a weekend retreat for us and friends. Having the upstairs area for them, and downstairs for us maintained individual privacy with the kitchen/lounge/outdoor area providing the social areas. Extremely clean with crisp white sheets on beautiful beds, and well equipped kitchen.Property was private and within a quiet neighbourhood - could not fault. And the icing on the cake was having our dog able to come along for the ride, he is very well behaved and quite happy to remain outside as long as he could press his face against the glass doors (sorry for the smudges) and watch us (when the weather turned a little chilly). Thank you!

Great Place
Great place just a short distance outside Wanaka township. Good spot between Cardrona and Treble Cone ski fields. Four Square and a few good takeaways just a few minutes walk down the road.
Playground also very close by for little ones when you've got some down time from skiing/mountain biking/exploring the great outdoors.
Clean and tidy inside and out. If only my garage were that immaculate.
Property manager was very quick to respond to any messages.
Would love to stay again if we ever visited again.
