This is a beautiful property in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood. The house is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The bikes provided were perfect for the short ride to either of the close bay-side beaches or just to ride around town. The outside patio is so nice, private and quiet! When it rained, we all enjoyed the covered breezeway area so we could still enjoy the outside. We love to cook so took full advantage of the grill outside and all the tools in the kitchen. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the bedding/linens provided were perfect and the central AC was amazing during our hot week on the Cape. Overall, my family of 4 loved this property and look forward to coming back again!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation which included my husband & our 3 young adult children! This was our first stay here but we had such a fabulous experience I’m sure we will be back! Our family has been coming to this neighborhood in Brewster for the past 35 years and this is the first time we have rented a home that I did NOT have to clean upon my arrival….. the entire place was immaculate inside & out! The home is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, the owner really thought things out & made great efforts to get this place perfectly in order…the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials & has very good quality dishes, glasses, pots, casserole dishes.. etc.. The furniture is all clean & comfortable, the bed mattresses were all very comfortable & had pillows, mattress covers, & sheet sets that all appeared to be new and of very good quality. There is a nice outdoor patio area with a seating couch, table & chairs, & a grill.. the outdoor yard has very nice plantings on all four sides & is beautifully maintained. There are plenty of beach chairs, beach cart, sand toys, bikes… all of which we used & greatly appreciated. The neighborhood is amazing.. very quiet & nice for riding bikes, taking walks to the General Store, Scoops for ice cream, & very close to the gorgeous bayside beach! This owner really knows what they are doing and has thought of everything to make your vacation comfortable & enjoyable! We highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house had everything you could need and was in the cutest, quietest little neighborhood. We really enjoyed our walks to the beach in the morning! The beds were also so comfortable and the house was plenty big for the 11 of us. I would definitely stay here again with my family!

We were on the Cape for our daughter's soccer tournament for the long weekend. The house was clean, well-stocked, and spacious for our family of 5. Comfortable beds and living area. Grandma enjoyed walking to the beach. The kids loved walking out during low tide. Hosts easy to reach and were accommodating when we found out we had to stay longer than we had thought for the games. We all had a great time and hope to be back next year!

This was our second time staying at this house. We enjoyed staying so close to the beach. The house has a big yard that our kids enjoyed playing in and they offer lots of amenities like bikes and a grill. The house has enough parking to easily fit 3 or 4 cars. All of the rooms are good size and the beds are comfortable. We would go back again!

Went to the Cape for a multigenerational family trip. Had a great stay at this wonderful property! House was exactly like the listing and perfect for 5 adults and 1 child. Great location, very comfortable, and stocked with lots of useful items for indoors and outdoors. We hope to make it back as a family for another trip at some point in the future!

Property was perfect for our family vacation. There was more than enough room for our crew of 8 adults. Plenty of comfortable lounging space. Beds were were super comfy with extra blankets. Everything we needed was in the house. Bikes, beach chairs & garage fridge were a bonus. Loved riding bikes to the beach! Outdoor shower was great, too. Central location made it easy do everything we planned on the cape. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay. The house is a close walk to several Brewster beaches. My family made use of the bikes and the kayaks. Everything was clean, tidy, and perfectly set up upon our arrival. We hope to visit again!

Stayed here with family for a long weekend to attend my daughter’s wedding in Brewster. We were very happy with the accommodations as the house and yard are beautiful. I am very happy that I was able to stay there. Due to other activities planned as well as 1 day that rained we weren’t able to make full use of the amenities such as bikes. My only recommendation would be to have Tips on going to the local beaches and local restaurants.

This was our second time staying at this house. We love the house, neighborhood and nearby beaches. The owner is very responsive and kind. The beaches near the house are perfect for kids given the shallow waters of the bay at low tide, it’s so fun to watch them explore. There are bikes at the house so we would use our car to drive everything down and then my husband would bike back. Loved our vacation here!

We loved the location and overall space this rental provided. It was a perfect setting for our group to relax, enjoy the local beach, and easy distance to the Brewster downtown area. The bikes and beach gear was a special bonus to enjoy the scenery. Loved it, and a great size spot for 7 adults.

I will echo other reviews and report- can't beat this neighborhood and location! I found this property super clean and well-maintained. As seen in photos, there is a balanced mix of updated features (range, windows, lighting, electrical hardware) with some original charm (pickled cabinets, washer/dryer, wood floors) The furnishings are basic yet very comfortable, including beds. Things to note : Both baths are in hallways, no en suites. Has standard Coffee maker (filters provided but no coffee). The largest room with King bed is upstairs. Only negative (in my opinion) in comparison to other rentals in same or lesser price point- all bed linens are microfiber. Easy fix if driving there or room in your luggage!

We had rented this property in November 2020 and enjoyed it so much (cozy despite the cool and cloudy weather) that we decided to revisit this October. The weather was spectacular --sunny and 70s every day--and the house did not disappoint. What we love about it is that it is "simplified." What I mean is that there is everything you could possibly need to be comfortable AND every room is tastefully and comfortably furnished and uncluttered, which makes it even more comfortable and inviting. We are already talking about a return visit.

The house was clean and just as expected, yard is awesome for families with kids. Very convenient to the beach and Resturant’s in Brewster.

We were a group of 4 sisters and were very comfortable at this house. Pros: great floorplan that had 2 bedrooms with a large shared bath down and 2 bedrooms with a large shared bathroom up. Know that the stairs are a bit steep in keeping with the style of the house so plan accordingly. Brewster is a great location to be the hub for a Cape Cod stay - we ventured to Hyannis Port, Nantucket, Chatham and Provincetown and all were easy drives. The house was tastefully decorated and uncluttered. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials - though you need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and bath wash. Beach was a 10 minute walk and the garage had bicycles and kayaks for guests use. Charming and safe neighborhood. Cons: Upon arrival, the house was not cleaned up to the standards of this caliber of property. We contacted the owner and she made it right. For some reason, the beds were not made with the sheets being folded on top of each one and the clean towels were not set out. A nice touch would have been luggage racks in the rooms where there was no place to set suitcases. Finally, the house could use a refresh with an exterior paint touch-up, new back patio door and some upholstered furniture was faded. Overall, we felt it was a great property with minor issues!

The house was clean and perfect for two small families. A short walk to Saint’s Landing beach or Eddy bay trail. Our kids loved visiting Paine’s Creek beach. The bikes, floats, and sand toys provided in the garage kept them busy. The host is very responsive and everything you need for a great vacation is provided. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great stay

We had a great week here! Wonderful location on a quiet side street and a beautiful private yard. Short walk to Saints Landing Beach. Lovely well kept house with plenty of space for our family of 5. We were grateful for the central A/C during a heat wave!

We’ve rented in this neighborhood for nearly 40 years in this house is certainly a gem. Amazing outdoor space, great layout in the house and perfect location! Easy check in and check out and felt right at home!

This property was just perfect for us. We were a family of 6 and also had a friend stay with us. Spacious. Wonderfully appointed. Close walk to a lovely beach. None of us wanted to leave! Owner was very responsive and helpful throughout

Had a lovely stay at the house. We enjoyed all of the comfort of the house and the ease and space for our group. It was a very pleasant time!!!

We loved staying in this well maintained, clean property, within walking distance to Saint’s and Mant’s Landing Beaches. We loved riding the complementary bikes (3 adult, one smaller) and using the beach push cart. It is possible to ride to the bike path from the home, but there are a few sections where you are on a road I might avoid with small children. No worries though- it is a short drive away. We were surprised at how much space there was. With 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 plus pull out couch on first floor it would be easy to accommodate 2 families. We hope to be back soon.

The house was a great spot to spend a week in Brewster, being a short walk to the beach and a quick drive into town and the rest of the Cape. The home is very well maintained, clean, and was plenty of room for our family of 4. Would definitely return for a summer visit to take advantage of the beach toys, chairs, bikes, and more in the garage.

Lovely home, tastefully furnished, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Situated in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beach. The sky and light on Cape beaches have been captivating photographers forever and the beach near this home is no exception. Also, during low tide you can walk and explore for miles it seems. Owners very responsive.

The house and grounds are meticulously maintained and the guest needs are well tended to. The Owners have taken the time and effort to treat it as a resort experience. All that has to be done here is to enjoy the beautiful Cape. Loved the neighborhood and location. Great communication with the Owners. Couldn't be more satisfied with this property.

Highly recommend this property if you are staying in Brewster or looking for anywhere in the Cape. Brewster is very low key and relaxing with great bay-side beaches. This property is very nice and the owners do a great job keeping it ready- we didn’t have to do any shopping for essentials everything was there waiting for us! Great lawn for children to run around on as well.

They provided well thought amenities such as adult bikes, beach chairs, beach toys and more. Comfortable furnishings and layout, and nicely decorated. Beautiful landscaping in the nice big yard. Enjoyed the covered breezeway and and outdoor dining on the patio. Great communication with owner. Hope to get back here again soon.

This house had a number of attractions for my family First, it's about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Second, it has a very large yard for games with the kids. It's convenient to many restaurants and there is plenty of room to park cars. The house has central A/C. As expected, the bedrooms downstairs tended to be cooler than upstairs. We had no issues with the house while we were there.. The communication from the owners was some of the best that I have experienced. They are very responsive to questions, which we really appreciated. In summary, this is in the top three houses that I have rented on the cape, and I have been renting for 15 years.

This house is lovely - well situated on a nice piece of property with beautiful landscaping and yard. They provide all the amenities from a kayak to beach chairs to bikes to beach towels to lobster utensils. With a/c and two beds and a bath on the first floor and the same setup upstairs it can accommodate different family members comfortably. The breezeway with couch and patio with dining table is very private, set back from the road. Driveway easily accommodates Three cars without having to play musical vehicles. We very much enjoyed our stay.
