Newly remodeled large Ground Floor 1/1 Condo on Car Free New Smyrna Beach
Bienvenido a nuestro amplio condominio en planta baja de 1 dormitorio, 1. 25 baños en Castle Reef ubicado en un complejo turístico en la parte sur de New Smyrna Beach. Estamos ubicados en la sección NO DRIVE de la playa. Disfruta de la comodidad de estar a solo unos pasos de la hermosa piscina climatizada frente al mar (meses de invierno), la gran piscina para bebés, la casa club, la parrilla de gas frente al océano, la cancha de tejo, las canchas de tenis iluminadas y el amplio cenador del patio. Salga de la piscina a la playa de arena blanca del Océano Atlántico para pescar, nadar, surfear, jugar voleibol, andar en bicicleta o navegar.
Estamos en la planta baja con una excelente vista del océano. Nuestro condominio es de 900 pies cuadrados y cuenta con todo lo necesario para que sus vacaciones sean cómodas. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size y un área de tocador grande. Relájese en la sala de estar en nuestro muy cómodo sofá de matrimonio y en nuestro amplio y cómodo sillón reclinable. Tanto nuestra sala principal como la sala de estar tienen televisores de pantalla plana con muchos canales por cable. Nuestra mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para 4 personas con 4 taburetes en la barra de la cocina. La cocina cuenta con todas las comodidades del hogar y tiene vista al comedor y sala de estar. También tenemos internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad disponible. Trabaje desde la playa, la piscina o el porche con nuestra conexión WI-FI segura o conéctese a nuestro módem por cable para acceder a Internet de alta velocidad en el condominio.

The condo is very comfortable and well done. The dining and living room area are comfortable and a good place to chill at the end of the day.
The pool area is very clean and well stocked with chairs and tables.
The location is on a quieter area of New Symrna.
We look forward to staying here again.

Stayed here to celebrate my 40th birthday with my fiancé. We had a wonderful stay and the property was just as it was listed. The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed the outside patio in the evening. Check in process was a breeze and the property manager was the sweetest. We had a great stay and will be staying here again. 😊😊

very quaint condo, quiet and great location. Highly recommend staying here, has everything in condo you need and was a perfect place for two.
I would stay here again as it is very coinvent to stores across street and restaurants. Pool area was very clean, and we really enjoyed the beach front and also the drive on beach. Excellent Vacation, thank you!

We have stayed here 3 years in row for a few days during the 4th of July Holiday. Wonderful short trip on the beach. New future bookings require 7 day stay during the first two weeks of a July. Sad the policy changed. Owner is very responsive!

We had an awesome stay at Gay's condo! The place was very clean, and was just a few steps to the beach and pool. The condo was well stocked with lots of towels, beach towels, beach toys and beach chairs. The Castle Reef complex was very clean and well kept. The grounds were well manicured, and we enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the boardwalk and garden area, and watching the family of bunnies. Wonderful place to stay, highly recommend!

We loved everything about this place. It’s clean, has everything you need, and plenty spacious. This first floor unit is very close to the pool and we could see the ocean from the patio! Comfortable beds and my kids loved the chest full of games. The host is extremely responsive! Great stay and we will be back.

We have been coming to NSB for years and castle reef is our favorite condominium. This unit was great - was ground floor so easy walk out to the pool and close to the parking lot. You also can see the ocean from the recliner in the living room. I previously stayed in the unit to the left and there was a lot more rules and I had to spend the last day of my vacation washing towels. This host didn’t require that which was a huge plus. Who wants to do laundry on vacation. This host didn’t bother us at all which I really appreciate.
Castle reef has a heated salt water pool that is constantly in the sun. Perfect place for a getaway

We absolutely loved our condo - we are huge fans of ground floor! The decor was lovely and the property was spotless. We had everything we needed as far as extras including a couple of Kcups of coffee. Towels were soft and there were even baggies and some take-a-way container. The pool area is wonderful and the beach area near Flagler Ave was great and There’s awesome shops and food there. Gay was wonderful and responded immediately when messaged. We will return for sure!! Dec 1st is a great time because of Christmas decor and no crowding! Xo 😘

Gay, was a great host, she was very responsive when I had a a couple questions. The condo was perfect, my son slept on the comfy pullout and I took the bedroom. We had plenty of privacy. Really enjoyed the saltwater pool, heated to a perfect temperature. The beach access was just a few steps away. We even saw a sea turtle on the beach. I will book again!

Location is great, no drive beach. Unit is clean, nicely furnished and sufficiently equipped, we had everything we needed. Beach chairs was an added plus! Community with lush landscaping is well maintained. We would go again.

Appreciated all the updates in this unit as well as the wi-fi, netflix, etc. The bed was SUPER comfy and lots of new pots/pans etc. in the kitchen. We had a fabulous time!

Quiet and clean
The condo was perfect for us! The property was quiet and we loved the pool and easy beach access. The pictures don't do the space justice there is more room than I thought. Gay was so easy to chat with and helpful! Great place and we can't wait to come back!
