the staff and the security system it wasn’t safe and l paid more then the amount that booking.com gave me when l arrived at the hotel

The environment was serene and beautiful.

The water had an offensive odor. No breakfast and the price onsite was way higher than online (It was embarrassing).

I didn’t receive any breakfast, and I was surprised when they said the room is 30,700 after I was told told when I call that 22,500 is what am supposed to pay.

Ambience and location are great! Staff are super friendly. Room setup is great.

The room price on Bookings.com was significantly different from what I was made to pay at the hotel. More than 10k extra. The food menu at the room very different from the actual food cost. The restaurant requested that I ordered a drink BEFORE a glass could be brought to my room. Who does that? I had to insist to get it. Then a porter walked into my room (with a hotel key card) while I was sleeping. I did not call him, he did not knock. I dont know what the hell he was thinking about!

Approach of the staff especially the receptionist on our arrival from a long, tiring airport to Lekki journey. Arrival at 1am next day not compensated and staff couldn't be bothered. Very unfriendly atmosphere.
