The welcome, tea, and cake offered The atmosphere, decorations, and warmth felt within the house. The quirky notices, books, and games. The mini lounge/library on the landing. The owners, their personalities, and how welcome they made us feel. Breakfast, lots of choice with to die for porridge. The location, and free parking. This is no ordinary bed and breakfast. It really is like being in Alice Adventures in Wonderland. It starts from the notice in the car park and as you make your way in an array of treasures and quotes meet and greet you. A warm Yorkshire greeting with tea and cake is on offer, which can be eaten while sitting in the mini library/lounge on the landing outside your room. Clocks, fairy lights, quotes from Roald Dahl and others, while you try to stop your eyes for wondering to the homemade craft ornaments adorning the stairs. We had room 2, which is a twin room with our own bathroom. Everything you needed was provided, and if you think of anything you didn't have, then you only had to ask! Loved the mini bags with chocolate 🍫 at the end of each bed to celebrate the New Year. Location could not get any better. Grassington is a beautiful part of Yorkshire, in the Dales, great for walkers, and of course All Creatures Great and Small fans. Breakfast is a great start to the day. Choice, upon choice and nothing was too much trouble. Don't think I will ever meet two nicer entrepreneurs again.

Fab time, Dave's breakfast the best we've ever had, lovely clean quaint guest house with finishing touches, our room was nice and clean, definately recommend!

Super friendly hosts. Delicious cake and tea on arrival on a comfortable sofa. The whole B&B is really nicely decorated, comfortable and quirky. Breakfast was delicious and I particularly like the yogurt and home made fruit compote. I will be returning and recommending Craiglands to all my friends.

Welcome with tea and parkin. Very comfy beds. Great hosts. Food amazing and a great choice, filled us up for the day! Highly recommended small b&b in a beautiful part of the world.

Dave gave us a lovely warm welcome with tea and home-baked cake, and went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. He even gave us a lift to the restaurant where we had a dinner reservation as he saw how tired we were after our day's walking. Beds were comfortable and our rooms/bathrooms had everything we needed. Best of all though was the breakfast which was superb - best I've had for years!

Lynette and Dave are wonderful hosts, they go to a lot of effort to provide special touches. Homemade cakes in the afternoon, excellent breakfasts, including daily specials, and great advice on things to do in the area. Parking on site was nice, also.

Dave was very welcoming when we arrived; offering a hot drink and scones (which were very nice). Throughout our stay Dave mastered ensuring that we had everything we needed and being friendly whilst not overbearing. Our trip was the first stop on the Dales way and the breakfast in the morning was the best we had on our journey. I would thoroughly recommend.
