O hotel é novo lindo a banheira é maravilhosa, café na recepção o dia todo!

A localização é boa para quem está em escala ou algo assim pois fica próximo do aeroporto mas para turistas muitos dias melhor ficar no centro.

We were on our way out of the country, so it was just a quick overnight stay so we were near airport. Shuttle service was running a little late, but we made it to the airport in plenty of time. about a 10 min ride. Room was clean and nice. Bathroom good size and coffee available to make in room. We were hungry after arriving in evening, bartender took our order and made us hot food. we enjoyed it. We would stay here again.

TV didn’t have Monday night football. No ABC or ESPN. For 300 a night get a better cable service.

Close to expressway

The receptionist switched my room to a disability room, that was not clean or sanitized. When addressing her she thought it was funny, but gave me a regular room. Still wasn’t the type or size room I originally booked. No working ice machines. I arrived nearly at midnight, the inconvenience of everything was upsetting. Hard pass! The front desk late night worker was rude, rude, rude!!! Go somewhere else.

Paying for the parking space to stay in the hotel was crazy

I booked online and was giving an option for arrival time which implied I could come between 4am and 5am that night. When I arrived I tried to check in and the front desk employee immediately said he couldn't help me after I asked I could check in. Not understanding, I proceeded to ask what he meant. He repeated it. I went to tell him I had just booked the room. He cut me off and said it was for tomorrow and that all the rooms were booked. As I was comprehending this and figuring out what I'd do for the night, he said it wasn't his fault. Which threw me off because i never said it was. And I said he didn't have to be rude which led to a shouting match which I'm not proud of, but I was exhausted and felt like he was just being rude for no reason. I was just sleepy and felt like he took out whatever annoyances he had that on me, so I sent my frustration back which is very uncommon for me. On top of all this I chose the pay at the hotel option while booking, and was still charged full price for the next day. Horrible experience. I wasn't all right but he definitely was out of line too.
