Everything about our stay was wonderful except the room service food. There was no consistency in food preparation and taste. I called the kitchen to let them know that my order was wrong and the staff said that the cook said I never ordered anything. It felt like they thought we were trying to get a free meal and that was disappointing. But everything else was great!

This hotel exceeded my expectations, the hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff go above and beyond. I was not expecting to receive this level from the price that we paid. Highly recommend!

Had a friend and his wife over. she had two friends and although I had a huge suite and even had an extra room my friend had paid for . they charged me $250 usd to have a few people over for drinks. this was never told to me when I checked in. I am going to dispute this charge with my American Express

Penthouse is floor under the bar. So late at night when the bar is closing you can hear the sounds.

Horrible, nothing was good

Rude service, inflexible checkin hours and horrible wait time. No breakfast, twin size beds, staff that deliver wrong things when we request things. Worst thing, they keep asking us if we take anything from the mini bar when our taxi has already arrived during the checkout process.

Initially we were very impressed with the property and our room. We were only staying one night on our way out of town after a trip to Guatupe. Our plan was to enjoy the pool and the sun on our last morning in Columbia before we had to leave at noon. In the morning we waited until the pool opened at 9. When we arrived at the pool there was caution tape blocking the door but there was a guy in the pool listening to music drinking what looked like a beer. He told us the pool was closed for maintenance. We went to the lobby to explain that the reason we were there was to use the pool and enjoy the sun. A very nice manager told us that the pool was closed until 2:00 every Monday (which they didn’t tell us as we were checking in the night before and asked what time the pool opened). I asked if we could just sit in the chairs by the pool and at least enjoy the sun. She contacted someone and told us that would be ok so we returned to the 23rd floor to sit by the pool. When we arrived back at the pool the guy that was previously enjoying the pool was now cleaning it. He wouldn’t allow us to sit in the chairs and called the maintenance supervisor who said that we couldn’t sit in the chairs because he would need to clean the chairs “very soon”. We said we would leave when he needed to clean them and they still refused to even let us sit there so we gave up. I asked the manager if there was anything they could do to compensate us and was denied. Later when we went to check out they told us we had to wait until they checked the mini bar. After 10 minutes they handed us a bill for about $75 dollars claiming that we had drank the whiskey in the minibar. I told them that we had thrown an empty whiskey bottle in the trash but it wasn’t the same brand as the mini bar and we hadn’t touched the mini bar whiskey. They then made us wait another 10 minutes while they investigated our “story”. Finally they removed the charge for the whiskey with no apology.
