My family had a fantastic time , the home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, the location is fabulous, and there are not enough words to describe the host. Mike is a fantastic host, he is friendly, kind, helpful and and an all around great guy, it was a pleasure staying at your home, and we will definitely be returning.

This was a perfect spot for our family to spend a week boating, swimming, fishing and relaxing together. The property had truly everything we needed - and more! The gaming amenities (pool table, shuffle board, foosball) were awesome for nights and rainy mornings. The lilly pad was a huge hit with the kiddos. The lake itself and community was also outstanding! Awesome fishing (thanks to our host Mike for the tips on where to catch), such kind neighbors offering a tow when our boat ran out of gas, great pit stops. It was truly an amazing stay and we can’t recommend it enough!!

We stayed here with our 3 kids & my parents. There was plenty of room for everyone!! Mike was a fantastic host! He invited us to follow him to a fishing spot, one of the kids caught! We enjoyed our time & the kids had a blast! Thanks again!

Mike was great. Communication was easy and he was very quick to respond. The home was great and our family had a wonder time.

We stayed 2 nights with 2 adults and 5 kids and had beds to spare. This place was a great home base for us over the weekend. So convenient in many different ways. Mike was extremely helpful and actively helped us get our boat to the ramp. The house has everything you need, even a rain day wouldn’t ruin the weekend as the place is stocked with things to do. We really appreciated the friendly hospitality and we would definitely come back again.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It had everything we needed and more. It had a dock and a view and most importantly, a really kind and outgoing host. I would like to stay here every time I come to Grand Lake.

Amazing view. Beautiful house with huge rooms. It was windy so we didn't put the boat in the water, but that did not take away from our vacation. The place was so relaxing and accommodating. Family and friends enjoyed fishing off the dock. Our nine years old enjoyed the game tables. Beds very comfortable. Also Mike is an amazing host. Thank you for going beyond our expectations.

Host super easy to communicate with and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great!! Lots of extras that are supplied like fans in bedrooms, bathroom items, plenty of towels, trash bags and much more!! Best stocked house we’ve stayed at! Very clean! All beds were comfortable and reclining furniture in living room was comfy too! We plan to come back in summer to take more advantage of dock and lake!! Very pet friendly too!!

The reviews are absolutely accurate. This place is clean, stocked more than anyone would ever need, the Hosts are amazing. This is absolutely the best place I have ever stayed at. We have 5 kids and two dogs and there was never a complaint about the noise level. The hospitality is something you only read about in fairy tales these days. We will likely make this our yearly vacation spot. I believe that this vacation was the best vacation we have been on and that includes the beach! Thanks again Mike!

Family vacation, we have 2 college boys that play baseball that leaves very little time to get away. We also brought our dog and their girlfriends. There was plenty of beds for each person, excellent location, everything was just perfect. Mike is a FANTASTIC host!!!! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better time.

This place was wonderful. Super clean and host messaged me back super quick to answer any questions I had. The kids enjoyed the game tables and the lily pad was awesome to play with in the water!

Our family gathered for a weekend at the lake, and very much enjoyed our stay at the Delaware County property. The location and lake access were great, and the property offered plenty of space for everyone. The pool table, shuffleboard and fooseball were a hit! The owner occupies the adjoining property and was readily available if needed. It was a very comfortable house and I would highly recommend it.

In addition to being nicely appointed and on a gorgeous part of the lake, the house is EXTREMELY well-equipped. (Every time I was about to text the hubs to bring a forgotten item, I'd find it had already been provided!) It was like having my own kitchen/bath/laundry from home! And don't get me started on the "lily pad" floaty thing. Lounging on that thing was the highlight of the trip! We rent a lot of vacation homes. Mike is an EXCEPTIONAL host!

My boyfriend and I just spent a whole week at this house on our first blended family vacation. It was AMAZING!!! The house was fantastic. The lake was well used by all of us. Mike was the best host we have ever had. They supply so many extras most other rentals don’t. His communication was top notch. We had a small water issue when we first arrived and it was handled before we could even unload and get in the house. Mike was friendly and kind to all of our kids that ranged from 8 to 22. This trip made us fall in love with the lake life and we will be back!

Four friends enjoyed the 3 night stay. Mike couldn’t have been nicer. Place is roomy and well stocked. Looking forward to future stays at this property.

Great location on the lake. The host had everything we needed to cook with to make all our meals at the house. Great sunrise to enjoy your coffee and/or cocoa before going out on the paddle boards and fish. (Bring your own inflatable paddle boards. It’s worth the money) The host had fishing poles for us to use. We brought our two dogs and two 21 year old boys. While the boys went to “The Cove Golf Club” we drove around and found a great place “Safe Harbor Views” to people watch, have a drink and lunch. The rest of the day we enjoyed the dock, views and pool table. The host had a lot of history to share about the area. This was a great since this was our first time to Grand Lake. We will definitely come back with the rest of the family. Please remember this is a family home/neighbor and remember to bring your dog leash (no fence) and poop bags. And If you tend to burn bring an umbrella for the dock. Relax, Breathe, and Enjoy!

My wife and I typically spend a week at spring break watching our son play collegiate baseball. This year was Grand Lake was the perfect spot. The home was just as advertised. A beautiful view, very clean and Mike was an excellent host. We will be back early fall for hybrid fishing and this Christmas for our family getaway.

Wonderful! This was spacious, and very comfortable. The games were fun and aren’t something found with most vrbos. Beds were so comfy. The host was exceptionally nice. But the view! Wow. This was February so we couldn’t enjoy the sunset on the patio but it was still breathtaking. What a wonderful way to wake up each morning! We loved it!

We enjoyed everything about this lake home! It was clean & very comfortable. The deck overlooking the lake was a great place to visit with our friends & watch the bald eagles soaring overhead. The heated fishing area out on the boat dock was a bonus as well as the game tables in the living room. We had so much fun hanging out & cooking all our meals in the well-stocked kitchen. When the temperature dropped to near zero on New Year’s Day we built a fire in the fireplace, kicked back, watched football bowl games & enjoyed some much-needed rest. A huge “Thanks” to Mike for being so hospitable!

Our family will definitely return this next year!
