There was no glass in the bathroom or the other room - absolutely vital - I also think that the location of the wifi code should be pointed out and that there should be more informatio offered - eg taxi number - bar/restaurant suggestions locally and maybe a map of the vicinity - since there were no facilities to make coffee and I have mobility restrictions and a suggestion of where I could get coffee nearby would have been very welcome

Everything good, toilet god, shower big and good

No breakfast, however plenty of Cafés very close too. Just a great location. We love Santa Pola.

On the whole the place was what we needed for a stay for two nights. The only thing we missed was a safe. The shower was great and plenty of hot water. Could do with better lighting on the flight of stairs.

Excellent location for what we wanted, good for a couple of nights stay, very clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable.

The welcome on arrival. The host waited outside and it a quiet street so easy to locate with them waiting.

The location is really good - 10 minutes away from the central bus station of Santa Pola. There're a lot of shops, parks and cafes. The apartment is clean and beds are comfortable.

Met at door, great facilities and location

It was probably the most comfortable accomodation during our trip in Spain. Pretty large, bright room with big windows and very well equiped bathroom. Finding a place to park our car was no problem on December.

A place with kettle would be a great advantage. The bathroom door were hard to close.

Location

Extremely difficult to find, no signage, all communications in Spanish. Air conditioning dripping so badly that the corner of the room has a bucket and towels ready to catch the water and the room smells damp. Had to pay via cash and only met any staff for handover of the payment.

Excellent for a quiet short period, and close to the center, to any services and to the sea.

The room was a bit small and a bit dark.

shower was slightly ajar and wouldn’t close. caused water to go into the bathroom, just put a towel on the floor to resolve this

Super central in Santa Pola, only 1 min walk from the central square and 3 min from the beach. The rooms are very clean and have very comfortable beds. Also a quiet place so you're not disturbed by traffic or noise from the street. And Maria is the most kind host. Top service. Top value. Big recommendation.

Arrived early but Maria was very helpful. What you have is one floor in an apartment block with a reception desk and 5 bedrooms . Maria answered my texts promptly. Gave me directions to the port/beach which was about a 5 minute walk. You may stay on the beach or venture out for the day. There are working boats and cruisers in port and the boats to Tabarca Island (€10 return) are just a stroll along the marina. There are some tourist restaurants along the port, but much better to cross the street and get better quality food and better value. Taxis are scarce in St. Pola so ask your waiter and she/he will probably have a number you can call. Had a beautiful day on the island, dinner would have been much better had I taken the advice above(! - live and learn) and had a great nights sleep before my trip to the airport.

Something small - a shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower would be great - not least for the environment -trying to open those little sachet is verrry annoying especially when you don't think to do so before you get in the shower

Clean and good location

Very difficult to find...only a small number above side of building and no indication which button to press for entry Receptionist was pleasant but I have never been asked to pay cash on booking.com...and had to go to an ATM
