Zu anonym. Nur zu empfehlen wenn man online sehr versiert ist. Frechheit wie klein das Zimmer für das Geld war. Man könnte nur von vorne auf das Bett krabbeln. An der Seiten war kein Platz. Was man dem Reinigungspersonal zumutet ist menschenunwuerdig

Номер хороший. В номере был чайник и на рецепшене тоже круглосуточно чай и кофе.
При поселении неожиданно запросили депозит 100 евро. При бронировании об этом не было ни слова. После оплаты пришло письмо уведомление о депозите, но я почту уже не читала. Если бы этот вопрос возник До завершения бронирования и оплаты, я бы просто не бронировала номер в этом отеле. Неожиданный депозит вызвал трудности с поиском свободных 100 евро на карте. А потом еще нужно было ждать возврат денег несколько дней. Еще и нельзя было оставить наличные. Это очень неудобно!

The hotel is central. Checking in and out were simple and straightforward. The room was smallish, but it had everything I needed. The bed, linen, and pillows were super comfortable. The room was spotless and was made up daily. The coffee/tea room is a very nice touch. The location is excellent, 3 minutes walk to the metro so easy to reach any part of Rotterdam. Perfect for a week-long business trip.
The beam in the bathroom is an issue. After banging my head several times, I learned to remember it!! I would recommend adding a few reflective strips or some colour to help avoid accidents.

Really simple check-out process that you can do via e-mail instead of the usual waiting in lines at the check out desk. Free coffee, tea etc at a common lounge area. Clean rooms, good value for money.

The room is spacious enough. You can check-in and check-out without staff. It was clean. There is a kettle in the room. You can get coffee from the common area for free. You can use the microwave. There is a work area.
There's a column at the entrance to the restroom. You can hit your head :)

The electric kettle cord is too short to reach the socket, so in order to use it we had to put the kettle right to the sink, neither safe, nor comfortable. There is a tram line right outside hotel windows, so it could be a problem with noise for sensitive sleepers.

The rooms were left in good order when cleaned during the day.
Self check-in and check-out was very easy.
The room alongside the shared area had all facilities you would need - shower, toilet, coffee, tea, cold water.
The hotel was located near the city centre and had many options for food, shopping, coffee and entertainment available.

The deposit that you need to pay extra, and after staying need to wait for it back up to 7 days...

Location
The steps leading to the front door I'm elderly and disabled. The check in didn't work to get in the front door for me needed help once in let in by someone staying used intercom for help was told should not have booked this hotel if can't use digital check inn very rude to me

The staff were amazing . The place lives up to it's name - great design. When we had a problem we were helped immediately and the room was super clean with a nice bath and a great TV and AC

It was all good, we got help quickly when getting in the first time.

The variable quality of the bath/hand towels - some were very old, thin and threadbare, one even had a hole in it.

The location is excellent with easy access and lots of transportation.
The hotel was comfortable, there was no noise from the hallways and the bed was comfortable.
In order to travel for work it was excellent.
The AC was not working and we had to use an electric heater that took a lot to heat up the room.
There was a wooden support in the middle of the bathroom which was not expected.
There was a need to be cautious when going to the toilet to not hit the head in the wooden support.

Good location, helpful staff, clean rooms.
The room was ridiculously small, no blinds or anything else just a dark curtains, so if you opening them fill very exposed, otherwise have to stay with the curtains closed. Bed heading the big window and you feel cold coming through it.
