Perfect spot for Red Rocks and other spots in Colorado. The patio was awesome and the house was clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again for our next Colorado trip.

Conveniently located, always seemed to be going opposite of any traffic. Close to Garden of the Gods. Had all the comforts of home!

We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks. Location was very convenient and perfect for what we needed. Home had everything you need for a home away from home. Very clean. Would definitely stay again.

The house was quaint from the outside, and once you walk in, it’s way bigger than expected! The beds were comfy, the house was clean. The backyard was our favorite though!! It had a nice, covered sitting area w ceiling fan, they had all the necessities.. very close to gas and restaurants, and everything was labeled. We all loved it and highly recommend! I look forward to staying again in the future. Check in was easy and communication w the owners was a breeze. You will love it here!

The property is conveniently located in a nice residential neighborhood, close to a number of restaurants and shops. It is the kind of neighborhood you may live in now or perhaps grew up in.
While the neighborhood is near a busy intersection, there are entrances and exits that have traffic lights making getting in and out in any direction easy.
The owner/manager's communications with us was terrific from the time we made the reservation, through the evening before checkout. Part of that was the check-in instructions, which went seamlessly. She then followed up with us after we arrived to make sure everything was good. In between, when I had a question she was quick to respond.
The house and property are well-maintained, clean, and everything was as good as described. The house has a very nice rear covered patio and (privacy) fenced yard.
Ours was a short visit, but the house is stocked with everything that would be needed for a longer visit.
Perhaps the only downside is it is within walking distance of Duffyroll. If I lived in that house, I might double my weight.

We were in Denver for a wedding and added a couple days to our trip for sightseeing. We decided to get a house vs a hotel. This home was perfect for our family, had everything we needed and was about 30 min from everything we did while we were there including the wedding.

This place was everything it promised! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 & both of our fur babies! Everyone had their rooms&beds,plenty of space for everyone to hang out all together, inside&out,or space enough to just kick back and nap. The out door patio was AMAZING & was all of our favorites with a gorgeous view of the mountains!!

Beautiful house - everything you need from coffee to snacks to spices. Super clean everything, 3 cozy bedrooms, awesome outdoor space (bigger than photos indicate). We went to Red Rocks for a concert - about a 25 minute, easy drive.

Very comfortable and clean home. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient for locations on the south end of town. However, if you were heading downtown, it is an easy drive. We will stay here again.

My friends and I stayed at this property for 5 days and had the most wonderful time. The property was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The property was beautiful and we absolutely loved it. I will definitely be rebooking next time I return to the area.

Our family of 6 adults was in town for a wedding. The house was perfect for us - plenty of space, great location, and the owners were wonderful to work with. They wanted to be sure we had everything we needed. Backyard and patio were great - we hung out there often since we had amazing October weather. Highly recommend!

Lori’s property is very comfortable and in a great location. Communication was excellent and check-in was a breeze. The beds were so comfy with nice pillows and linens! The primary shower could use a bit of love but other than that it’s a great property and perfect for our friends trip,

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The location was perfect for our needs and check in was so simple. Loved the key pad entry that worked flawlessly. The backyard was private and the interior was beautifully updated and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

I think the most important question to ask about a house is, would you stay here again? In this case I would! The house looks very small from the outside, I admit I was concerned pulling up. But it turns out the inside was actually more spacious than it looked in the original pictures! There is a view of the mountains from the backyard! We had no problems and the host was very prompt was sending all needed information. Thank you!

Great stay and a beautiful home
We really enjoyed our time at the Cozy Colo. My husband and I traveled with another couple and stayed 4 nights. The location was excellent for a quick uber to downtown Littleton and a little bit longer of a ride to downtown Denver. The home was very clean and well stocked with anything we could've needed. The beds and sheets were very comfortable, with plenty of pillows and blankets. We liked that the bedrooms were split, for a little privacy, since we were traveling with another couple, the master was on one side of the home and the other two bedrooms on the other side of the home. The backyard was beautiful with a partial view of the mountains. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and Lori checked on us a few times throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay at this home again, one of the best vacation rental experiences we have had.

Lovely 3 bedroom/2 bath home with a great outdoor covered sitting ares and a nice sized fenced in private back yard. Our 2 mid-sized dogs loved running around the yard.

Overall good
The place looked like the photos. Very tastefully decorated. We were in town for a family wedding so the location was perfect. Two items that caused minor concern were the carpets and the swamp cooler. We have never dealt with a swamp cooler before and were shocked at how damp and even wet items were in the home. Our towels never dried. The other item is the master carpet. It is very dirty and stained. We just kept our shoes on at all times. I believe Lori is very responsive and will take these issues to heart.

This property is everything it says and more! Many of my previous experiences renting through VRBO have been disappointing or just ok. Everything about this property was a win from contact with owner, follow up, cleanliness, location and special offerings. Left bottles of water and snacks. Owner reached out to inquire about our stay. So many nice extras that make a guest feel treated and comfortable. I’d stay here every time I come to Denver.

Beautiful house. Lori was great! Had a small issue she was there very quickly to fix. The only complaint I'd have is there are no TVs in the smaller two rooms causing those guests ending up staying on the couch all night.
