it’s cute and cozy, located at 5-10min Uber of everything that need to be visit. great online assistance i used it twice and even if it was by chat, I had an exceptionnel service form the team. For sure I want to use Sonder for my other travels.

Quiet and established area, blocks from Belmont and Vanderbilt schools. just about everything you need in a 2 mile radius.

A window covering in kitchen would have been great! Easy fix.

it was a bit bare, not homely, noisy aircon. quite a walk to downtown.

Great location, off street parking, easy to find. Kitchen had coffee and tea service and the hot kettle was a great touch!

TV was only usable through an app. Bedroom door did not close due to location of the bed.

It was so cozy. Just like a home away from home. Great location! We were there for doctors visits at Vanderbilt for my daughter The hospital was not far from our location at all . Thank you for being such a wonderful host.

The location, it was like being at home.

I always stay at hotels. I thought the registration process was complicated. I had a code for the front door of the unit but was not given a code for the front door of the building. Someone staying in another unit had the same problem and obtained the code. They gave it to me.

The location was excellent; we really enjoyed the area! It was a perfect size for our family. The kitchen was just what we needed the staff was responsive. We would stay at as Sonder location again.

Nice layout & location to places we wanted to visit

It needs a little more TLC. Handles on shower door & self in shower were loose, towel hanger came off because it was loose, the pull out bed was junk (put the mattress on the ground & slept on the floor) because it is slanted and won’t lay flat, floor is paper thin (you can literally hear EVERYTHING they’re doing upstairs, & no drapes on the kitchen window where people park & walk by. If this was cheaper I wouldn’t write this but $1,000 for 2 nights I would have rather stayed downtown at a 5 star hotel.

Loved the unit and even the pull out was comfortable sleeping for our 16 year old. Close parking was a bonus and the Boci ball court was charming. The bathroom was so well layed out it made me realize you don't need a huge bathroom - function is the most important.

There were 3 of us and really only towels fro 2, but they did deliver more when requested. There was someone outside early Monday AM with a mower, weedeater or something that woke us and those crazy trees sapped up our car good, but that is nature.
