Conveniently located near everything we needed to have access to. The room & property were clean. Accommodations were comfortable (beds are a little firm). The staff was polite.
This is NOT a reflection of the hotel or staff, it's just a circumstance of the area. The CONSTANT flight path of planes made sleeping (for me) very difficult. I literally counted a plane about every 20 seconds from 3:00 am until the sun rose. BRING EARPLUGS or noise canceling machine if you're a light sleeper!!

Nice breakfast
Cleaning staff were having an loud verbal argument in one of the rooms they were cleaning with the door open. I had to ask them if everything was okay. They stopped.

The lobby was nice .
The receptionist was rude , tried to charge me extra for checking in early . The parking lot was over crowded and barely any spaces to park.

Ook de kamer voldeed aan alle wensen: ruim, schoon, voldoende stil. Verder rustig gelegen en er was een goed ontbijt.
Dit hotel is een aanrader.
Er is niets dat tegenviel.

The heat was set on 60. The refrigerator was turned off and we didn’t realize it. The breakfast had toast and bagels. The pancake machine was out of service. When I told the desk staff of the problem he said management would call and they did not

The area was perfect. But was by lots of food and places to go. Plus super close to Graceland if you’re doing that. It was also very clean and seemed well taken care of.

When we got to our room the heating was broken,but the staff came and fixed it pretty quickly.

The room was nice. Bathroom cleaned. Water was very hot.
When I first walked in the building, no one was at the front desk to check in. So I went to the restroom. When I came back, a guy was at the desk but before he started helping me he was having a conversation with someone in the back. And continued this conversation thru the whole check in process. No customer interaction at all.
