Not much it was ok

A really special location - a modern apartment situated within a traditional old chateau within a private estate/property with a private entrace to the park outside. Close to beautiful scenery, lavendar and sunflower fields, and local produce.

Given the 7 day minimum stay, a number of things could have the apartment more complete - like a washing machine, freezer, iron and oven, which were not available. Also, small things like toilet paper and bin bags were only provided for a 2 day stay - one spare roll and only the bags in the bin were provided. If these were listed as provided on the listing, they firstly should have been provided for the full stay especially given the minimum booking length. The cost of providing these for the full stay is negligible as it would be just a bit more provided (2 rolls more and 2 spare bags for the bin would have been enough) - but makes all the difference between making a guest feel like the experience is complete rather than intentionally left incomplete, rather than having to go out to the supermarket to buy kitchen rolls, toilet paper and bin bags when you only need 1-2 of each. There were also a number of small niggles like chipped bowls and glasses, and peeling floorboards that made it feel like more could be done in terms of maintenance and safety for guests, especially those that may have young children.
