We loved the view out to the ocean and the sunsets from our balcony, the quiet location, and access to the beach. It was a gated community and we felt very safe. The security staff were very friendly. The apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It also included laundry. Our vrbo hosts were so attentive and responsive.

I am going to be honest: The facilities around the building are a little dated—the tennis court was in need of repair, the decking is a bit worn looking (but sturdy). But I don’t want that to let that dissuade anyone and I don’t think the vrbo hosts have any control over it. Also just to forewarn folks and manage expectations there is not a lot to do in walking distance since it is near a major street —so we drove to nearby Swansboro for shopping and dinner. (It was delightful.) And we took a day trip to Beaufort. Our vrbo hosts were so wonderful and shared lots of info about where to go, eat, and explore. We didn’t mind the drives. But we know some people like to walk everywhere. We purposely chose a place off the beaten path so it would be quiet and secluded. And it was. Just be prepared to get in the car for dinner and shopping.

The owner was very helpful and available and the location was perfect.

Had a storm come through second day. Knocked out wifi, and all TVs. Management was contacted than. Said they would look into it. Never heard anything more from them. Was out the whole stay. Quite an inconvenience. Think you should offer a discount for our stay.

Felt at home, great accomodations and view!

Check out could have been at noon instead of 10 am considering the linens and towels needed to be washed and put in the dryer prior to leaving.

The location was very convenient, an easy walk to the beach with balcony views and pleasant decor.

Loved the two balcony layout. Nice kitchen. Comfortable living room furniture.

Stay was too short!

Host was very helpful, great communication with directions and details. Location was awesome and the facility was quiet and very relaxing. We hope to return soon.

Nothing - everything was great!

Condo was nicely appointed. Inside kitchen drawers not clean looking. Pools were closed and it should have been clear before booking. Was misleading. Should be reimbursed some money since we paid for access to the pool for our 3 yr old.

Booking.com communication needs improving. Not the hosts fault but booking.com phone system ineffective. Sofa should have been a sofabed too. Guests should not have to do laundry of bed linens for that price either. Their was many items left in the fridge which we didn’t use, but we left them since they were in there. With Covid19, hesitant to touch things like that prior guests had touched. Beautiful condo. But long walk to beach. Should add parking for guests closer to the beach.
