The property was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies you can think of, including a welcome basket full of snacks and beverages. The rooms were very well appointed. The property provided the perfect getaway for a ladies trip! It is also the perfect home for families as there is a game room and media room for watching movies. We are looking forward to booking this property and location again!

3 families (15 people) stayed for 3 nights. Plenty of beds/space, seating and kitchen space. Winter vacation, so we did not utilize outside options. The kitchen was very well stocked and even had a treat basket for us. Lori answered any questions within minutes and was very easy to work with. Would gladly stay at Sycamore Cove again!

Gorgeous views of the lake with a super host! The house is well equipped for multiple people from towels and bedding to place settings and cookware. We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and everyone had so much fun playing pool, video games, board and card games to watching football and movies. The kitchen was well equipped to handle cooking for a large crowd. Excellent place to stay with a great host.

This property was perfect for our FFA group to stay in while we were in Indy for the National FFA Convention! Plenty of space and had all the amenities that we needed.

I decided to invite family and friends to celebrate my 60th birthday. Since some were from out of town, I wanted to get a property where we could all stay to celebrate safely. I found this property on VRBO and thought it might suffuce.
Seeing the listing did not prepare me for the perfection of the property. We drove up and were floored at the view of the lake. We walked into soaring ceilungs with a staircase up, a living room to the left, a sitting room to the right and a large kitchen straight ahead. The rooms were well appointed and contained everything we needed for our stay, and more! There were extra linens, snacks and everything we could need in the kitchen. There was so mych to do that we couldnt even fit it all into the weekend. We did have a great time in the theater room for karaoke. And, the football lovers enjoyed the 65" TV in the basement.
There was so much more we could have explored given enough time. But my great-nephew summed it up best when he said, "This is the best birthday party ever!!". Thanks Lori and staff for making this wonderful place available!!

We had a wonderful time at Lori’s place. It was perfect for our group of four couples and nine kids. The house had everything we needed including games and extra linens. Tons of towels and beach and lake equipment. Lori was so easy to talk to and accommodating. It was probably the best experience we’ve ever had on VRBO. Thank you so much Lori!

We really enjoyed this property. The house is done beautifully and had everything we needed for a fun weekend. The house is very spacious with plenty of sleeping space. We had 15 sleeping overnight, and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed that there were so many separate spaces to hang out, especially outdoors. The views of the lake are wonderful, and we really enjoyed our weekend at the lake!

This is our second time staying here and we have loved it again!!! We celebrated a 70th birthday with the entire family and everyone had a blast. We enjoyed boating, playing pool, kayaking, playing the arcade machine and relaxing outside and on the beach. We would definitely stay again. The owners are great to deal with, the place is clean and there is plenty to do. Thank you for the great time!!!

The house is huge! It was very clean with lots of fun amenities. Plenty of kayaks, canoes, life jackets, and a nice fire pit. The Nintendo Wii worked well, and the rock band controllers were in pitch perfect condition. Lots of food and restaurants nearby for pickup and delivery. Me and my pals had a blast

This is a great property with even more games and activities than mentioned in the post. The grounds and views and amazing. There are even more places to enjoy outside than inside with a perfect view of the water. The owner was very communicative and bent over backwards to be sure everything was in working order. It was a perfect gathering spot for our 3 generations (and a fourth in the oven) to spend time together and keep everyone entertained.

Our family met for a multi-generational gathering to celebrate my son's graduation from Ball State. The property is beautiful and very well stocked! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and take some space if necessary. Game room, theatre room, and lake provided activities for those who wanted to participate. Lots of comfortable outdoor areas to enjoy the view. Lori is a very accomodating host! We had a spectacular stay!

This property was perfect for a getaway with friends for a Bachelorette party. We had 15 people and it slept everyone very comfortably. The kitchen and living room were large enough for meals and the outdoor space is beautiful. House was clean and wonderful views. Would love to stay there again.

What a gift to stay here for the weekend with my family. Lots of room to play. The kids (11 to 18) LOVE this place and were excited to return for year 2.
The kitchen is large and fully stocked, dining ample for 10. Plenty of TV’s and activities for everyone!

This home is spectacular! Despite the frigid cold (-38 degrees with wind chill), we were warm & safe & had SO MUCH FUN!! We were able to gather or disperse as we wanted up to the theater room or in the living room / kitchen area with big gas fireplace to watch TV, play cards & games, nap & enjoy being with each other. The owners were quick to reply & help with a couple of minor inconveniences due to the rare cold. We never lost power, but the downstairs rec room with TV & bar walkout to deck area was a little too chilly for the Floridians to enjoy for long. If it had been warmer, we would have gathered on the decks around the fire pit to watch the sunset. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Had plenty of room for us to cook a Christmas feast & open gifts; it felt like home. We loved it so much that we're trying to work out schedules to return in the summer for swimming and boating!! Thank you to Lori et al for your hospitality in sharing your beautiful home on the lake. Hint: the best lake view is from the Master bath!

We had a great weekend celebrating the holiday season with children and grandchildren in Indiana. The kitchen was great! The Christmas decorations were very nice, including the tree. My wife and I loved the English drinking room to sit and drink wine.

Lori was an excellent host. She was kind and respectful. The home met all our needs. The views from every room were spectacular of the lake. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance and kitchen tool we needed. Check-in and check-out was easy.

This was a great house in a very beautiful, private spot. Being on the lake was so much fun for everyone. The little beach was a favorite spot for the kids to play in the sand, and many of us got out on the lake and did kayaking or canoeing. We did our meals at the big table on the deck, because our weather was so nice. The house was clean, comfortable, and even though we ran into a couple issues at the beginning, Lori and her son were responsive and quick to get things fixed for us. I do wish there was another bathroom on the second floor. My parents stayed in the master, and we didn't want to bother them by using their bathroom, but since there was just one other we had to use theirs from time to time. But other than that it was the perfect house for our family to celebrate my parent's 50th anniversary.

We had a great time staying for the 2nd time. The water views are beautiful and access to all the water toys kept everyone thoroughly entertained. There was plenty of space for our group of 20 to spread out both inside and out. There wasn’t a thing we needed during our stay but I knew Lori was just a quick text away if needed! This is definitely a great place for big groups to enjoy together.

Such a great place that hosted my friends and some family for a great weekend. Plenty of space for the large group we had. Plenty of activities from kayaking and swimming to billiards and playing darts. Highly recommend the lovely home!

Our entire family of 15 had a wonderful time at Lori’s property. She was very responsive to all my questions both before and during our stay.
The properties amenities were truly above and beyond any place we’ve stayed in the past. The number of kayaks, paddle boards, floats and life jackets was so nice. Everyone had something to do and had a blast.
We definitely want to come back for a longer visit next time.

We had a wonderful time staying at Sycamore Cove! The host was extremely kind and responsive leading up to and during our stay. The house is beautiful, spacious, and extremely well-stocked (not just kayaks, floaties, games, etc, but also cooking supplies, dishes, and enough coffee for our stay). The only downside was that the lake was not as clean as we would have liked near the property, but we were able to take a pontoon boat out further into the lake to swim. Otherwise, it was perfect for a large group getaway!

Friend weekend trip
All of the kayaks and paddle boards made the lake so enjoyable! Home had plenty of rooms for four families to enjoy. Clean, and a lot of items included in the stay. Kids caught fish and the lake was great to swim in.

Noblesville home
We had an amazing time at his wonderful house in Noblesville. We were in Indy for my son’s wedding and we were able to host a brunch with many relatives and friends. Perfect size and beautiful views, inside and out, for entertaining and relaxing. Highly recommend.
