Great place!

Amazing property with tons of space, couldn’t have been better! Definitely would stay again and recommend to all!

We had a wonderful time at this property, it was exactly as expected and so cute! Plenty of space for us and some friends to celebrate a birthday.

Great place to stay. Nice that it was dog friendly. Dogs are not allowed upstairs which is fine, a gate would have been helpful to help accomplish that. Could not find a dedicated dog washing sink or the dog toys

This property was just perfect for the two of us. Very clean, new, well cared for home. However, we would strongly suggest the management company supply more of the basics; toilet paper, napkins, Kleenex, plastic wrap, spices, cooking oil, etc.

Good property

This property is quite new and well furnished. We had the jacuzzi and pool (not heated) to ourselves. We also used the pickle ball court which is lights for night play. Our only complaint is the water pressure regulator is going out so anytime the water is on, it makes whale sounds.

We came down to have pics taken with 5 generations of family. The condo was large with plenty of space for everyone including four kids, grand baby, and two heelers. This is 100% a resort but was still well stocked with all necessary cookware & dishes. We would have preferred a drip coffee pot versus a Keurig- just our preference. We would definitely stay again.

We had our family of 3 teens and 3 small dogs and everyone was happy and had enough space. The enclosed back area is awesome and the amenities were great. We will be coming back.

Huge home with a small back porch. Pet friendly with a dog crate. I would stay here again.

Proximity to the pool was awesome. The home was comfortable for the 6 of us. We will be back!

We had a great time here. Kids enjoyed the pool and us parents enjoyed that the pool was heated. I did wish that the pool had lights in the water for night time though. A little hard to see the kids when the sun went down. The place was clean, relaxing and we really enjoyed just being there.

We rented this condo for a getaway for Christmas weekend with our family and it was great! Check in was a breeze, the neighborhood was clean and very quiet. Would definitely recommend!

This house was perfect for our group and had everything we needed. Beds and linens were comfortable and everything was spotless. I was a little concerned with the ongoing construction in the development but it was never an issue at all! The entire development was clean and quiet and a great location for us with family near by! The owner/management was quick to respond to questions prior to check in and the check in/out process simple. We will be back! Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay here with our dog and will stay here again. As a VRBO property owner I would suggest the owners stock a few basics like salt/pepper, cooking spray, etc... Also the description said dog wash sink and dog treats and those were nowhere to be found. Not a big deal at all, its just important to be accurate in your property description. Overall I recommend this property. Very clean and good location.

My family and I loved this home! The unit is very spacious and styled very nicely. The outdoor patio area was great for the dogs. We went to explore Zion National Park which is only about 45 minutes away and this home was the perfect place to relax after a long day of hiking. There is also some really cool off-roading areas near by. We had everything we needed in this unit and the property manager was very attentive and responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this stay and would definitely come here again! The house looks brand new and was perfect for our group of eight although it can sleep many more! The house is located approximately 3 miles from the Virgen River bike trail and it was very easy to get to it and connect to many other trails! You can seriously ride your bike for days here! There are a few things that I would find helpful to know if I was going to rent this home. In the amenities, it states there is shampoo and conditioner provided as well as salt&pepper and coffee. Perhaps I am just used to Air BnB’s where the cabinets are full of spices and there was always enough coffee provided for the entire stay as well as very large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soap. But this place only provided three little Keurig cups, a thimble sized salt and pepper and hotel style shampoo conditioner soap and lotion… Definitely not enough for the entire weekend stay. In their defense, the email that was sent to me did state that the supplies were minimal but I didn’t read the email until I was on my way…which was my bad! Just know to bring any supplies you will need like spices, sandwich bags, foil, etc. There also was only one roll of paper towels but we had brought one just in case. The only other thing worth mentioning is there were a couple of bedrooms that if you closed the door, they got very hot at night and the doors had to remain open for the air to circulate properly. The management was very responsive to try and help us with this problem but the doors still had to remain open. This is a little development where every home is basically a vacation home being rented by somebody else. The pool was very refreshing too! I would definitely recommend staying at any one of these homes!

We loved this unit. We had everything that we needed and everything seemed brand new. Super easy to book and work with attention to detail was there. Even called and helped me get some items we had left behind. Above and beyond.
