It shows that 6 can sleep there, but be aware, the bathrooms are tiny. The property is pretty and the living room and big windows to the lake are impressive, plus the location is quiet, surrounded by beautiful trees. I had to call for maintenance while I was there (broken toilet seat) & it looks like regular cleaning/maintenance isn't at a 5 star level. No dish towels in the kitchen & if you want to do a lot of cooking, you'll want to clean the stove top first and also check to make sure you have what you need because the kitchen is sparsely appointed & the ice maker was not hooked up. The dining room table top was not clean, evidently someone had been using Pledge or something similar over and over and after wiping it down with a damp towel, that came away with noticeable dirt, and the table top was still "sticky". Very unpleasant. Bring a copy of your "security document" to gain entrance. I didn't have that with me & it took calling the management company to get past the gate.

First time renting a property for vacation, loved the ease of the whole process. Loved Innsbrook, definitely going to come back!

Overall this place was just what we needed. The Lily Pad was a big hit. However, there was a small insect issue that made it difficult for my daughter and I to sleep well. We had very small bugs crawling on us at night. A little disconcerting. Also, the lower level mattress and pillows could use an upgrade.

We had a great weekend, the weather was beautiful. Sarah B. group was wonderful. The gentleman working the guard station at Innsbrook said he didn't have our reservation, which in the end he was looking at the incorrect house number despite us giving him the correct one. I paid for early check-in and we wasted an hour of it while he was trying to find our reservation. The unit was decorated nicely and had everything we needed to cook for the weekend. Unfortunately, there was some type of bugs on top of all the beds, more on the loft twin beds. Lots of cobwebs in the light fixtures, I don't believe the cleaning lady has cleaned in a long time. We only noticed at night when the lights were on. I would recommend a deep bug spray of the property. Overall, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the surroundings.

We ended up staying in a a different property than what we chose online due to some issues at check in. I called the after hours number and we were taken care of in less than 10 minutes with directions to a new available property! It was a beautiful chalet and we had a relaxing weekend! Sarah Bernard Chalets does not disappoint. This is our 2nd year of booking one of their properties and will continue to do so!

While a short drive from home, felt miles away from it all. Enjoyed it so much that we tried to extend our stay. We will definitely be returning & already discussing when.
