GREAT Property, they did run out of garbage bags and paper towels we had to go buy at the store but that is no big deal, just more an fyi Thank You for letting us stay here.

Spacious, comfortable, and convenient. My only suggestion would be to make sure that everything is well stocked. We quickly ran out of kitchen garbage bags and there were no baggies or aluminum foil. Otherwise, it was wonderful!

Had a lovely stay at Ocotillo Springs!! Nice to have it so close to the pool!

My group just had the pleasure of staying a week at this house while we were playing in a softball tournament. Great communication by the host. The location was great as it was a five minute walk to the Gubler complex and about a five minute drive to the Canyon Complex. The house fit all of our needs. The community pool was just outside our back door and Pickleball courts were about 200 feet down the street. The house was well stock and fit all of our needs. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in town.

What a great clean condo right next to the pool. It was perfect for my family over the Marathon Weekend. We will be coming back!

Beautiful Surroundings close to Tuachaan and Snow Canyon. Roomy up to date condo with comfortable beds and plenty of extra bedding. Great layout for multi family vacation.Awesome pool and hot tub. Splash pad was not working, no Xbox in the Clubhouse (as advertised.) Very stinky trash cans in garage.Would have appreciated patio furniture on upper deck. Overall throughly enjoyed the house and will definitely book in the future.

Hi! We had an awesome time and loved the place. The only thing we would want to let you know about was that the recliner in the main room was a little unbalanced when you recline. It would have been easy for someone to fall out. But it really was a delightful stay! Super clean! And we loved the extra beds that let kids sleep on the floor - that was so helpful. Would recommend!

We didn’t like the few things that are broken: -the control panel on the dishwasher -the recliner in the main floor sitting area The lights over the kitchen counter are dirty. This does not bother us. We would have liked another pool key.

We had a great time here during a family get together. We swam, played pickle ball, played the arcade game upstairs and drove into St George for activities. It seemed like just about every age found something to do. At one point my family saw a stranger walk out of our condo just as they were pulling up. Afraid that someone else had our door code, I called the vacation rental property and they learned it was an inspector who came a day early. They responded quickly and I appreciated their response.

The house is large and comfortable. The rooms are spacious. There is a bathroom in each which was great and gave everyone the privacy they wanted. The bunk room holds a lot of kids. The pool is easily accessible and our kids couldn't get enough.

Every year me And my 4 siblings rent vacation homes at paradise village. This year due to the higher orice of Paradise Village we decides to try Ocotillo Springs. It was a nice new resort with all The necessities needed toAccommodate a large family. The family room kitchen area was a little Small but it worked out. The main floor king mattress was the most comfortable mattress i have slept on. I would love to know where it came from. The gate to the pool By our home was roped off and locked. So we did have to walk around to the other side every time we went to the pool area. Which is something we didnt plan for when booking the home. Overall a really nice place to stay.

Very clean and the property was wonderful. Close access to the pool and club house. Really nice property. I would suggest this for any team travel for sure. The only question mark I have is that it says it sleeps 23. The most I could see it would sleep is 19. We absolutely loved the property and the layout. The garage was even big enough to fit my truck. One of our favorite places.

This property was amazing, enough room for my family. The pool and hot tub were our favorite parts. A great house, highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

This was a great condo for our annual family reunion. It was clean, open, and had a great pool, pickle ball courts, and clubhouse for family fun and activities! Enjoyed our stay!

This property was fantastic. The location is perfect to get to anything around St. George and surrounding areas. The group we brought loved everything about the property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing experience.

Great place to stay while doing team building activities.

The location was great with many things to do, the townhouse was very nice however there were a few things that would have made it better. Most of the mattresses were in great condition but there was one mattress on the top of the queen bunk that was very hard and another mattress at the top of the stairs to the right that felt like it was folding in on you. Other than those the rest of the mattresses were very nice! Even though there was a potato peeler on the list of items in the home we were unable to find one and the can opener was very difficult to use, a new one is needed desperately. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others!! Thank you for a great time!!

The house was okay, but you could really see the wear and tear on it. I was not impressed with the cleanliness when we arrived. I would suggest they take more care and attention to detail when cleaning in certain areas. Pictures posted online make the home appear larger than it really is. And they give the impression that the home has a game room and extra kitchen when in reality that is in a whole other part of the Ocotillo Springs community. I wish that had been disclosed since we didn't realize it and just figured that this house did not have that available. We didn't discover this until the night before we were to check out. The pool area was very nice, however, the weather wasn't the best to fully enjoy it.

We visited 2 months ago and had such an enjoyable time that we had to return. The home was ideal for this group also. Definitely on the list to be a future visit again.

Perfect for our weekend getaway- Very clean, stocked as necessary, convenient location for access to Snow canyon, snake hollow bike track, Tuacahn venue, and Harmon’s.

Beautifully furnished, super clean home. Great location right next to the pool. Excellent response to needs, we ran out of garbage bags and they had more to us within the hour. Will definitely be renting again for future baseball tournaments. Comfortably fit 4 families.

This home was perfect for our group of six, plenty of room and a perfect location. This place had everything we needed to relax and play. Pickleball courts, large pool and hot tub! We will definitely be back!

The only downside my family and I experienced was the AC! It seemed as if it would turn off at night! Some of us were unable to sleep because of how hot it was!

The condo was fantastic and we had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and the layout was fantastic for our group of adults, teenagers and kids. It was well stocked with what we needed and we loved the close access to the pool and clubhouse. The beds were very comfortable and we really liked the extra floor pads that were provided. On our first morning we woken up at 6:30a by the loud sounds of gas leaf blowers cleaning around the property and pool which continued for about an hour. Then once those were done and we started to fall back asleep we were again woken up at 7:45a by loud pounding from the construction across the street. When I messaged the property management about this there response was that this wasn't their issue but instead was the HOA's. The hot tub didn't work for the first two days of our stay which was disappointing. Also, once the neighborhood got busy for the weekend the pool water became extremely gross and dirty. The air vent in the Master Bedroom was extremely loud when the AC kicked on and sometimes would wake us up and the rugs on the first floor were a slipping hazard and constantly in the way. I would suggest putting a non-slip mat under them. All in all, we had a good stay. If it wasnt for the early morning noise disturbing our sleep and getting a better response from the property management, I would've given this a 5 star review.
