Was the absolute perfect spot for a group of friends wanting a fun and relaxing weekend. Lance could not have been nicer or more accomodating. Perfect location, but found myself just wanting to hang at the awesome pool area the whole time. Will definitely be back!

We rented the house from Lance to celebrate my mother and my wife's birthday with our adult children and their families. It is a great size for an extended family, 8-12 adults. Lots to do on site, and close to everything in town. Pool area is very nice...kids enjoyed the gameroom put back...will be back to hopefully enjoy some river time.

We had the BEST time at Toes up. The house was so cozy and comfortable. The pool, the party room and the entire backyard was set up for a fun time. Lance was amazing. He set up everything outside for us each day. We hardly saw him but knew we could contact him anytime for help if needed. We will definitely be renting here again.

This property is amazing! It is in walking distance from Schlitterbahn and many other attractions but honestly we didn't even want to leave the house because there is so much to do here! There is an outside game room equipped with a pool table and a really cool entertainment center for music or watching TV. The backyard is extremely spacious with no nearby neighbors and he has lots of outside games to play. There are speakers for music all over the place and he made it really simple for us to connect to it to play whatever music we wanted. We had a blast playing on the pickleball court! The swimming pool has both a chiller and a jacuzzi with a heater. The house is clean, spacious, and had everything extra we needed for cooking and grilling. We did go float the river once and went with his recommendation of Texas Tubes and we were not disappointed at all. It was only about a 5 minute drive with plenty of parking. I could continue going on and on with the praise of this place. Lance was an excellent host and the property is amazing!

The house is super fun and is close to all New Braunsfels area activities. Exactly as pictures & described!

Everything about this place was perfect. The location, the scenery and the stay. Only thing FOR ME, I would’ve liked for the windows to have drapes, we like to sleep in. Other than that, perfect stay!!!! Lance is good people. Very accommodating and quickly responsive. My family and I even mentioned that if we hadn’t gone to float the river it would’ve been on because you don’t get bored at this place.

We so enjoyed playing with our 1 and 2 year old grandkids at the pool, sitting on the deck in the back yard, and watching deer coming up to take a peek at the rowdy humans. The house was super clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for the 8 of us to play inside during the heat of the days. The owner was on top of making sure we had everything we needed including heating the hot tub and turning on the pool chiller for a refreshing swim. Great facilities at the pool to serve lunch and snacks and even restrooms right off the pool. Looking forward to relaxing and reconnecting with grown children & grandchildren again at the Toes Up property!

This place is awesome! It’s on a dead end street on 2 acres so neighbors were no issue. It’s also close to everything you want to do as far as both rivers and Gruene. The pool is a game changer after you get off the River in the evenings and the owner is a great guy, I will definitely be back!

Everything about this getaway was perfect! Lance was such a phenomenal host and he has thought about every detail to make your stay perfect. The house is even better than the pictures show and the other amenities on the property... where do I even start. We had a blast playing pickleball every morning, the court is right between two houses so we weren't constantly chasing balls either! We also spent a good amount of time hanging by the pool and enjoying the fully decked out pool area. It really is a resort style pool, perfect for day and night swimming. And of course "Club LaBlanc"! Lance has built out a fully airconditioned (very important detail) separate 'house' that has fun lighting, pool table, dart board, music, TVs, everything you need! We had had drinks and apps out there while dinner was cooking and would come back at night to play games and hang out! Overall - Lance was amazing and his house/property was also amazing! We will definitely be back!

Great family vacation! Close to Comal, Gruene, and Schlitterbahn. Best part was Lance had a chiller on the pool. So after we came back from all the activities the pool was great!

Our family had a great time at the property. We enjoyed pool/jacuzzi , game room, fire pit and music playing throughout. The home is nearby some great locations and plenty of private parking. The host was attentive and did not interfere with our stay. Overall, highly recommended for family or group of friends. Enjoyed!!!

Super easy check in! The place was decorated for Christmas and it was perfect. The back game House was so much fun!

The owner was amazing and would make sure our stay was good and if we needed anything. I celebrated my birthday and most of all it was dog friendly place and our dogs enjoy there stay just as much as we did. We will be booking in the future. Great time!!

This place is a gem and I had a hard time leaving … so much privacy so much relaxation. The owner is so helpful and the property has everything anyone needs. Pool, house , parking , cabana , game room , patio , kitchen , sleeping , privacy , speakers for music everywhere , all amenities … can’t wait to go back… great job Mr Lance …

We usually do hotels or resorts. My family has traveled around the world. I was a flight attendant for 15 years, so I’ve stayed in some amazing places. Toes Up was the best experience we’ve had. Me, my husband, son, newly pregnant daughter in law, daughter, son in law and my grand babies 5 & 3 all had such an amazing time, and most importantly, made some great memories. At 61 I’ve met a lot of people, and I’ve got to say Lance, the host, is one of the nicest most accommodating people I’ve ever met! Try this property out, you will not be disappointed.

Small group of us gathered at Lance's place for a birthday getaway. Lots to do in the area but also at the rental. Having the extra space and secluded neighborhood was definitely a plus. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property. This place is in the heart of New Braunfels close to everything. Check in was super smooth. The property has everything you could need. Amazing pool/hot tub with a cabana, as well as a small ‘night club’ where you can have drinks, play music on the sound system, and play pool. Lance the host is very accommodating, and knowledgeable about the area. 5 minute drive to awesome historic Gruene. Will definitely stay again the next time we come to Texas.

Perfect spot for everyone! Property is family friendly and pet friendly on a 2 acre lot…. That’s hard to beat! Plenty of games, beautiful pool and hot tub. Lance (the owner) was a great host. Super friendly, accommodating and laid back. We will definitely be back!!!

This place was comfortable, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed for a family weekend in New Braunfels. We took our two dogs who loved the 2 acres back yard! There are a few openings in the fence, but yard was large enough to keep them contained and having a great time. Plenty of places to sit and visit indoor and outdoor. The owner, Lance, was a very nice guy, very helpful and quick to reply with communication. We will happily stay here again!

We loved our stay in this great hideaway. It's like you are in the country with all the deer, squirrels, and more to watch as you drink your morning coffee. Yet! you are minutes from Gruene and all New Braunfels has to offer. A very comfortable house to stay in and Lance is the best host ever!! Thanks again for a great time and all your hospitality!

We made a quick trip to New Braunfels with our family for Wurstfest. Property owner was great. We played pickle ball, he helped us get firewood to build a fire. Great property for our dogs too. Had a great time.

Loved the house and our host was wonderful. The location was great and we really enjoyed sitting on the patio just hanging out. Lots of room and the home was spacious! We will definitely come back again.

The property was perfect for our visit. It was clean, well-stocked, and had a fun game barn. Lance is a wonderful host—-quick to respond, kind, and generous with the property amenities. He’s the perfect blend of attentive, yet laid back. When we had to take a Schillterbahn rain check after our checkout time, Lance kindly let us leave our luggage at the property rather than drag it to the waterpark.
