Very nice inside and outside. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, silverware, etc. Very convenient to Main St with shops and restaurants.Only downside was it was more than 5 min walk to gondola walking in ski boots and carrying skis especially with the younger children. We ended up driving there and parking in lot. We would stay there again even with that minor inconvenience.

Overall an 8 out of 10. Little things need to be addressed to make it a perfect 10. All in all, a pleasant experience.
Mattresses could use replacement. Driveway markers could be installed to prevent vehicle from getting stuck in the snow when sliding off driveway edge. toilet seats need tightening and window shades on the kitchen windows above the sink to aide in privacy from neighbors. All in all it was a nice place to stay. thanks

My grown children and I had the rare opportunity to spend some time away together. We chose this lovely home and it was perfect! The neighborhood was awesome and so close to everything. My favorite thing besides how lovely and cozy the home was had to be when we got a visit from a adorable fox. It was on the back patio and eventually went into the neighboring yard and curled up under a tree! The home itself was very warm and we felt quite at home. We will definitely be back!

The location doesn't get that much better. Less than 1/2 mile to the gondola. Close to everything. Clean and nicely decorated and furnished. Good pots and pans. No complaints.

The gondola is in walking distance from the place, but we drove because we had our skis and boots. We walked to the town for dinner every night because everything was so close. The amenities were brand new and unlike a lot of rental properties, there was tons of silverware, dishes, cooking ware etc. The hot tub was an added bonus. Parking is a little tight if the place next-door is renting but still manageable. We will definitely be back again if the place is not rented. Thank you for such a great place

We are renters from Texas and although the altitude sickness hit us pretty hard, it was way easier to recover in this house! Perfect location, space, everything! The house is more like a home away from home and we will definitely be renting again!

Great location, very spacious, very clean, and super cozy spot in Breckinridge. Short walk to the gondola and downtown Breck. Would 100% recommend this place for anyone visiting the area

I was blown away by how amazing this house was and how close it was to town and the mountain. Everything in the house was of highest quality and it has all the amenities you could ask for. The check in process was easy and the property manager was incredibly responsive. I can’t recommend this property highly enough.

We just sucked it up and decided to go in it the first night but the second night we just couldn’t do it and were bummed as we specifically looked for houses with hot tubs. 😔
