This property was perfect! We had the most amazing week! The house was great and had everything that we needed. We can’t wait to come back again!

Great location, well stocked kitchen with cookware and utensils, adequate supplies provided, very clean and bright inside. Outdoor space is small and only 4 chairs provided for unit that accommodates 6 people. We also purchased extra beach chairs to use for our vacation as only 3 provided. Lots of beach towels and beach cart is great. Would recommend this VRBO based on location and amenities.

It’s such a lovely townhouse, charmingly updated and comfortably furnished. The location couldn’t be more perfect—around the corner from a small shopping plaza with a grocery store, pharmacy, and great restaurant, and a short walk to the beach. The cute nautical décor is a bonus! Had a fabulous week here and would love to return! Be aware that the communication can be confusing. For example, a form for credit card information for a deposit is required, even though a deposit was made through VRBO. (A call to VRBO clarified that the form should not be filled out.) An iron and ironing board were listed as amenities which we were counting on, but the website had not been updated to reflect that the owner had substituted a steamer. Checkout times and instructions about washing towels before departing were different in the multi-page contract, the emails, and the house book. Response times to any questions we had were reasonable.

This is my first time using this service and we have been fortunate to find this property. It felt like home. Amazing location, walking distance from the beach and many restaurants, night live music all over the main street. Beautiful property and very well equipped, we had everything we needed. The communication with Sabrina is AAA+++. Check in and Check out process is impeccable. Highly recommended. Can't wait to go back soon. Thanks for everything Sabrina.

Excellent location and townhouse for our relaxing family vacation. Three floors of nicely appointed rooms and easy walk to the beach. All as advertised.

Great location! Walking distance to a plaza and the beach!

Great location: two blocks from the beach, half a block to a supermarket, two blocks from main restaurant area. House was perfect for us (two couples, one teen).

The property manager was wonderful to communicate with. We encountered horrible weather causing disruptions to our trip and the property manager and host were very accommodating and thoughtful.

We found the townhouse to be pretty much just like it was advertised. The bedrooms are on the bottom floor and the top floor, with the kitchen and living room on the middle floor. It is a very short walk to the beach. They have beach chairs available to use, and a cart to put them in, making it easy to go to the beach. There are many restaurants and bars withing a fifteen walk, and a grocery store just down the street. You really don't need a car for your stay.

This is a great location with easy walk to the beach and supermarket. The home was well stocked with both kitchen appliances and beach equipment. Sabrina was very responsive as well.

We stayed a week at this townhome. It was very clean and well decorated. Our likes included a great kitchen with everything you needed and more. Super nice. And while the owner states only starter goods provided there was plenty of necessities. Also nice beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and towels too. And I saw things like pack and plays and gates and more. Well provisioned! We enjoyed the great location, close by the grocery store, some restaurants and a few blocks to the downtown central district. The beach access was a short three blocks and very convenient. Walking in the morning or evening was a delight and felt safe. The upper porch was nice but the ground floor patio, sandwiched between the house and the fence, was very shaded and felt dirty and very uninviting. Other concerns were that the pillows were lumpy. Also, the Wi-Fi was so so and if you need VPN and Teams meeting connectivity it may be a problem for you like it was for us. There was only the dining room table so if you needed a better (quiet) work spot, it would have to be a bed. We bought a small table to provide a different location to put a computer. But if this is a vacation you will be fine; if working, beware. Also the written house rules were extensive and included washing and drying the towels prior to departure. That ended up not being a requirement once we received the departure rules so why create the confusion in the first place? Finally, the a/c went out for over a day and while it was fixed in 24 hours and the communication with the building manager was good, the owner did not reach out to apologize for having us endure a difficult 85 degree overnight stay temperature.That was disappointing. So…many good things but we would think twice before returning.

We booked this property quickly since our stay on Vanderbilt beach was cancelled by the hurricane damage. It turned out to be a great property. We loved the proximity to the beach and to the Publix grocery store where we got out snack and lunches for the beach. Also, we walked 1/2 mile to all the restaurants downtown. The kitchen was so well organized and stocked! The beds were very nice as well. Loved the beach supplies provided. We would definitely stay here again!

We went with my mother and my children. The house was perfect for the five of us, and walking distance to everything we needed!

We had a lovely time in this home. We loved having beach supplies there that we could use!! Prior to finalizing down payment, we were granted early entry to rental. After payment in full was made with no cancellation, they cancelled our granted early entry.

My family stayed at Lauderdale by the sea and had a great time. The place was very clean and neat. So close to the Publix grocery store and to the beach. Highly recommend staying here. The town is so nice. A lot of very good restaurants and cute shops. All walking distance if you don't have a car.

Great location!! Close to the beach. Can walk to many locations. Loved having the Publix grocery and a cute little boutique close. Super clean and updated. Had beach towels and chair available. My first Vrbo and the process went pretty smooth and easy.

A great place if you need to get away and relax! The location was easy walking distance to the beach, grocery store and pharmacy, and to a good selection of restaurants. The townhome was clean and well maintained inside. I only wish the patio and grill would have been better taken care of. There were enough branches and leaves piled along the fence line that we were concerned we might meet an "unexpected visitor" out there so we decided not to use it. The grill had also been left uncovered and dirty so we chose not too use that either. With that to say though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is a beautiful place and wonderful location!

This property is beautiful and very well appointment. It is as nice as the pictures. The beach is 1.5 blocks away, and the heart of Ft Lauderdale by the sea is a beautiful 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location walking distance to the beach and the restaurants by the pier. The rental was fully equipped and very nicely decorated. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend it

Lovely property. Publix, CVS, Dollar Tree are within 100 meters. Bars, restaurants are also nearby. We loved it.

Property manager was very accessible by phone. Accommodations were very clean. Low noise level. Close to the beach and within walking distance to community restaurants.

We really enjoyed staying in this place. The area is much more family friendly than south Lauderdale. It was so nice to have all the stores down the street. It was even quiet after dark on the street.

We really enjoyed the space and the surrounding neighborhood. Easy access to get in and out and good parking. There were a lot of places to eat and shop with in walking distance. There were a lot of rules and exclusions with the property such as limited toilet paper, limited trash bags, wash all of your own towels and put them away, wash all your own dishes and put them away, take out the trash, take it to the curb if it’s trash day, grill is provided but no propane will be provided, etc. It seemed like a lot of rules and cleaning since there is a charge for cleaning.

We had a great time. The property was perfect for our group. Nic clean and modern. The location was perfect just a short walking distance to the beach, publix, and the main strip.

Great townhouse with all the details for a pleasant stay. Super well equipped with all kind of things in the kitchen, tvs and entertainment, great decoration and in perfect shape. Across the beach and supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shops. Close walk from restaurants and fun places. Highly recommend!!

Steps from shopping plaza with grocery store and more. 1/2 mile to fishing pier and lots of restaurants. Room to spread out with five of us, but know there are quite a few stairs in the unit. Easy walk to beach and beach chairs and towels were very nice to have. Sabrina was very quick to respond to any questions. It was a really nice stay. Thank you.
