Extremely smoothe check in process Kate managed the property and was great. Answering all our questions before and during the stay. Property itself is large and fully equipped with all we needed, including dock where w head the boat. Clean with all the necessities. Altogether a great extended family vacation

Something for everyone. The little kids enjoyed running up and down the stairs to their own room. The older folks enjoyed having most things on the first floor so they did not have to go up the stairs. The location was lovely. Made for a wonderful stay.

It was a great property in a fantastic location. The house was bigger than it looks in the pictures, super clean with lots of fun amenities. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall great experience!

We had a wonderful time at Blue Sails at Lake Anna. The property was perfect for our large group. The home was clean and ready for us at arrival. The property manager communicated with me from when we first rented the property up until we left. They provided great information all along the way that made our stay flow beautifully and seamlessly. Would definitely recommend this property and would love to return.

We're a group of friends and family who rented the property to spend Memorial Day weekend together. The house is nice and clean: many common areas, even a small gym, screened porch, nice bedrooms. The owner is very attentive and is easy to communicate with. We used the owner's kayaks to explore the lake. We had a great time. Thank you for hosting us.

This house is even better than the pictures and has plenty of room for a big group. We especially enjoyed the large outdoor area right on the lake. Kate was so communicative and made the check in and check out process very easy. We are already trying to plan a return trip!

Fantastic host, great property. Best equipped kitchen, huge rooms, lots of on site entertainment. Superb house for families or groups of friends. Lots of inside and outside space to spread out and enjoy.

We had an amazing stay at Lake Anna Blue Sails. The house is enormous - even bigger than it looks in the pictures. We were there in winter during snow/ice so didn't do much on the lake, but the dock is right there with easy access. We'd love to be back during warmer weather!Pros: tons of space; gorgeous main room with a fireplace and plenty of seating for everyone; comfortable beds with soft linens and plush towels; well-equipped kitchen that even had good, sharp knives (only thing I'd suggest bringing is one or two extra sheet pans if you have a big crowd - there are three, but we could've used another); gorgeous views of the lake and surrounding trees; awesome game room with tons of board games; solid Wifi; grocer store less than 15 minutes away; garage with room for two cars to stay out of the elements; extremely attentive and caring host.Cons: my only real con is that the listing says that there's a hot tub, and there isn't. There's a large soaking tub in the master suite and a jetted bathtub in the basement, but no hot tub. Honestly we didn't miss the hot tub at all because we enjoyed the house so much, but it does seem like the listing should be accurate. We had very few issues during our stay, and Kate was always easily accessible and responsive if anything happened to come up.This house is even better than it seems. So glad we were able to spend a weekend there!

We were looking to get away and just have some space indoors and out. We have been pretty much locked in the house all winter and it was wonderful to have plenty of space for our son to play. We enjoyed multiple fires and s'mores outside. Kate and Steve were immediate to respond to any questions we had. We plan on heading back in the spring for a week. Hopefully it will be nice enough for some fishing and maybe even some boating from the houses boathouse. We appreciate their communication and that the house was clean. It was so nice to have a Christmas tree decorated to put our presents under and the great room had plenty of sitting room for lots of family time. Plenty of open space for baby to crawl around and there was more than enough space for the pack-n’-play in the HUGE master closet. If you have sensitive skin or are sensitive to smells you may want to bring your own sheets and towels because the fabric softener had a very strong smell. I will say the sheets and towels were both very soft though! Also we seemed to always be filling up the trash can in the kitchen but I think that is because we are used to having 2 cans (one for recycling) at home. The bags go in cans in the garage which is just off of the kitchen so it wasn’t a big deal to take it out. A second trash can would be a nice addition. Overall, we had a wonderful stay with everything we needed!

Blue Sails was perfect for the occasion. The place was immaculate and the pictures did not do it justice. It was large enough to accommodate the whole family gathering in the kitchen, dining room, and screened outdoor patio, but also large enough to get some relaxation away from the family. And I can't forget about Kate, she was great from the beginning. She was responsive and attentive to all the needs. We will be back real soon. Thanks Kate.

The house was beautiful and the view was wonderful; the neighbors were nice, the kitchen had everything we needed, and sitting on the dock is the just the thing you need this year. The living room was very large, and the couch was extremely comfortable. All around, a great house and a delightful stay!

The house was amazing! We had more than enough room for our group and all 6 of us were able to easily work remotely. The homeowner was fantastic to work with. We hope to be back in warmer weather so we can enjoy the lake more :)
