We just needed a place to sleep that was close to family in North Stockton and this was the perfect place! The house was very clean, quiet and pleasantly furnished and the shower was very nice! Karen was a wonderful host and everything went smoothly from booking to arrival and throughout our stay. Thank you!

Great value for the quality of accommodations! A very quiet neighborhood, charming house with all the appliances & essentials needed, comfortable beds, cozy backyard with BBQ patio , lemon tree, & Songbirds! This home brought back memories of old California and we created new memories to take back home! Definitely returning soon!

We have stayed at several VRBO properties on our many trips to Lodi. This is at the top of our list. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed I slept on was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in years, literally the first night of 6 hours uninterrupted sleep in maybe 5 years. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe. It’s a bit of a hike, maybe 2 miles, if you want to walk to downtown but the walk is through nice neighborhoods so it’s good exercise if you are up for it. We had an off street parking spot in the driveway which is a nice amenity. The recent remodel of the bathroom was well done and attractive. The kitchen cabinets and hallway closets are labeled with their contents so it is easy to find items and get the dishes back in the same place after using. Although we did not spend time outside at the house, the backyard looked like it would be a great place for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Plenty of room for kids to run around in the backyard as well. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Lodi.

Very clean. Great neighborhood. Such a family friendly place. Thank you for have all the extra toys, kids books, pack n play, kid friendly utensils and cups. Saved us! The backyard was such a great space too.

The house is in a great location and in a quiet neighborhood. The host had everything clean and ready for our stay. We really enjoyed how most everything in the house was clearly labeled. The outdoor barbeque was nice and very useful amenity. Would stay there again!

This home is exactly as described - located in a quiet neighborhood and super clean. Perfect for a couple or small family. We appreciated the shaded, relaxing patio area. The kitchen had everything we needed and the host even provided a plentiful selection of coffee pods for the Keurig. The mattress was super comfy, the linens luxurious, and the host was generous in supplying an abundance of towels & washcloths. Communication was easy and the host very responsive. We enjoyed our stay here, the space is tided and pleasantly decorated. The beds are comfortable and it was easy to find things. ( liked the labels :)
