We just needed a place to sleep that was close to family in North Stockton and this was the perfect place! The house was very clean, quiet and pleasantly furnished and the shower was very nice! Karen was a wonderful host and everything went smoothly from booking to arrival and throughout our stay. Thank you!

Great value for the quality of accommodations! A very quiet neighborhood, charming house with all the appliances & essentials needed, comfortable beds, cozy backyard with BBQ patio , lemon tree, & Songbirds! This home brought back memories of old California and we created new memories to take back home!

We have stayed at several VRBO properties on our many trips to Lodi. This is at the top of our list. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed I slept on was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in years, literally the first night of 6 hours uninterrupted sleep in maybe 5 years. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe. It’s a bit of a hike, maybe 2 miles, if you want to walk to downtown but the walk is through nice neighborhoods so it’s good exercise if you are up for it. We had an off street parking spot in the driveway which is a nice amenity. The recent remodel of the bathroom was well done and attractive. The kitchen cabinets and hallway closets are labeled with their contents so it is easy to find items and get the dishes back in the same place after using. Although we did not spend time outside at the house, the backyard looked like it would be a great place for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Plenty of room for kids to run around in the backyard as well. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Lodi.

The house is in a great location and in a quiet neighborhood. The host had everything clean and ready for our stay. We really enjoyed how most everything in the house was clearly labeled. The outdoor barbeque was nice and very useful amenity. Would stay there again!

This home is exactly as described - located in a quiet neighborhood and super clean. Perfect for a couple or small family. We appreciated the shaded, relaxing patio area. The kitchen had everything we needed and the host even provided a plentiful selection of coffee pods for the Keurig. The mattress was super comfy, the linens luxurious, and the host was generous in supplying an abundance of towels & washcloths. Communication was easy and the host very responsive. This home was a smaller replica of the home I owned in Lodi. My family came back for a quick visit and felt right at home when we walked through the door.
Table top and outdoor games were provided to keep us busy the few times we were at the house.
The home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near parks, the lake, downtown, and various wineries.
The check-in process was so smooth that I only texted Karen to tell her we were there and that it reminded me of our old home.
Do beware that the sprinklers soak the padding on the picnic furniture and will come in through open windows. If you hear the sprinklers come on, close the windows.

I thought that coin laundry meant that there was laundry on the premises. There was not. There was a laundromat not far from the house. EVERYTHING else for the house was OUTSTANDING!!! THANK YOU AGAIN for another awesome experience

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house, which seemed newly remodeled. The location was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary, and the house was in a perfect location for relaxing, wine tasting and hiking/walking. Everything we needed to know was written down. We will definitely return.

Immediately upon walking into this house you can tell the owners have poured a lot of love and care into this place. It feels like a home, not just a place to sleep. Everything is labeled super well so even if you show up late at night (which we did) you can find extra pillows in minutes instead of pulling your hair out opening every door/cabinet in the place. The host communicated very well and was super friendly, but didn't over-communicate. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay at this place again.

This was an adorable place for my daughter and granddaughter to stay at while visiting. The owner has taken care to make it feel like home and even provides little extras for travelers who may have forgotten something. It was very comfortable, with just the right amount of room.

We absolutely loved staying at this property! I was so impressed by the cleanliness and modern vibe of the inside. Our kiddos loved playing in the backyard. And we loved the comfy beds. Karen was very communicative and hospitable. Loved the board/outdoor games for our family trip! Will definitely stay here again next time we come to town.
Only downfall was the sofa bed in the living room. We couldn’t get the head of the bed to stay flat, it was either upright to watch tv or down to be folded back into the sofa. But we made it work with cushions behind between the bed frame and couch.

Clean and Quaint by the Lake
This was a perfect rental for our family of four. It is exactly as pictured, very clean and thoughtfully appointed. I particularly appreciated the labels on all the drawers, plenty of coffee (Keurig), and even toys and a booster seat for our toddler! The house is right by Lodi lake and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Karen was professional and communicative, making us feel very welcome. I plan on this being “our spot” for future family visits!
