First off we were upgraded to the nicest room in the hotel! The staff were always helpful and as it turned out we had to stay an extra day because of weather which cancelled the fery service. The hotel staff even called our planned hotel for the next two nights and got us a refund which we were not eligible for. Excellent room, view, facility, and great breakfast, and a wonderful staff that really went out of their way for us!!

Fantastic location and a very spacious room, a lounge room area with a couch and TV, separate to the bedroom and bathroom.
Just be mindful that there is a lot of stairs to get up to the hotel.

Central location with views over the marina and the square. Excellent rooms, very clean with good facilities. Staff were excellent and friendly. Breakfast was amazing, thank you for a lovely stay. Would definitely stay again.

They should ask guests arrival time and inform them of the porter availability. We struggled with luggage up a huge flight of stairs and was told you should have called us.

The rooms were very spacious. location was great, also the view.
A small thing, we were expecting daily housekeeping. but the quality of the daily house keeping was not up to the mark. our beds were not made up , even after communicating that after first day of housekeeping.
and rooms were not being cleaned just tidied up.
so it this a little feedback for improvement in the services.

As the only one in business during the season, this is the hotel exceeded my expectations. The service was great, rooms were clean and comfort, the view was phenomenal! The breakfast was excellent! Will stay again if in Hvar again.

Its appearance, location, rooms, view - in short, pretty much everything!
Can’t think of anything - although just an observation, if one tires easily, there are several steps up to the hotel entrance.

Incredibly beautiful view, we were given a upgrade to a large room with living area and bedroom. Hvar was very quiet but we were able to see the island without other tourists and as it happened we had perfect weather
Nothing. Because we visited in the off season most places on Hvar were closed (not the hotel’s fault). The hotel staff member told us where to get dinner and lunch, both very good.

Amazing view, great room, good pillows and large living area. The best part of the stay was the ever so helpful staff- they had incredible customer service, answered all of our questions, gave great recommendations and even helped us with the bags up and down the stairs
Sometimes the water temperature in the shower fluctuated but this wasn’t a big issue

The room was amazing and the restaurant downstairs was great also the heritage park bar was great just like all the staff. We will definitely be back

Heritage Hotel Park Hvar is fit for a royal honeymoon. With a huge sitting area in our room, unbeatable views of the sparkling Adriatic, and an incredible location (we literally walked off the boat and said Wow, what if *that’s* our hotel?! It was), everything about this place is a dream. It’s expensive, but what isn’t on Hvar? You can always get your money’s worth at the gorgeous breakfast buffet.

Good central location in Hvar Old Town. Lovely having breakfast on the terrace.
Entrance was through the back of the property (next to Black Pepper kitchen). Not great soundproofing, both inside & out.
