Everything was so perfect at this property. The most important thing is that it felt LIKE HOME! My family really enjoyed the accommodations! Thank you very much.

We reserved property it stated four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It has three bedrooms and a room in the basement with a fold out couch and it has 3 1/2 bathrooms. The living room TV did not work. We let them know immediately they came and got the TV said the bulb went out of the screen and they would bring a replacement they never replaced it.

We enjoyed our stay kitchen was equipped good. The only down fall was the stairs. The post had there was an elevator but when we got there we found out there was not an elevator. Not suited for people with mobility problems especially knees

My family and I have stayed here three times and it does not disappoint. Pool is super close, beach within fifteen minutes walking, plenty of space and a great TV package. The only down side is the parking.

None of the amount of stairs were disclosed in the property listing. The beds and pillows were so extremely uncomfortable that none of us slept at all, not even the kids. The shag carpet is so disgustingly nasty it turned my white socks black. And when you say a kitchen is fully stocked it should have salt and pepper.

Fine for younger people, but tooo many stairs for grandmother and toddler (not mentioned in listing)
Also lots of miscommunication and hard to get in touch with anyone.

The pool was nice and close but no one in it the whole time we were there, because the water was freezing

Amazing Condo
We were amazed at this condo. It is tastefully decorated, comfortable, and spotless. It met our family’s needs perfectly while we vacationed on SSI. Only a short walk to the beach or to shopping. The pool is right outside the door.
We have stayed at a few condos on beach vacations and this might have been the best yet.

The condo is located near the beach and many great restaurants. The only issue was parking. There are few parking spots and the owner doesn’t allow use of the garage.

We had two vehicles and it presented a challenge to park. Also, would not recommend if you have difficulty climbing stairs.

Amazing
Gorgeous property with more than enough room for 5 cousins reconnecting. Plenty of items to cook with a large fridge and a keurig and a drip coffee maker. Seating in the living room was perfect. If I ever get to go back to St. Simon's, I would love to stay here again!

Great location, very comfortable and clean
This was the perfect base for our family beach trip. Less than 5 minutes to the beach, pool right next door, and a kid-friendly bonus room downstairs perfect for some quiet TV time after the beach. We highly recommend this spot.

Great place overall
Easy to find the perfect match for our family. Was worried about parking before we arrived but it was fine. The bunk beds are very unstable and poorly put together. We slept on the couches and did not use them which is the one bad thing as we selected this unit for them.

Great place
Great, spacious and clean condo in amazing location. There was a minor issue with air condition when we checked in but it was fixed within a few hours of us reporting it, property management company (Lisa) did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend and stay here again!

Quiet Location
We enjoyed our stay on St. Simons Island. It’s 15-20 min walk to the beach, a few yards from a park, and a short drive to various restaurants & stores. It was a little smaller than we expected but sometimes pictures have a way of distorting reality. We loved the quiet location and would certainly consider this place as an option should we ever take another trip to St Simons Island.
