superb location, about 10 mins walk into Orzola, but the house is directly onto the coast itself. good enclosed patio, parking is easy, about 30ms away.

only had the ground floor, which was not made clear- however, it was fine for two of us though.

The is truly an oceanfront property with a great terrace to sit outside. Great facilities including washing machine, kitchen, etc. Orzola is a very quiet town and great place to relax. Was a fun little 7-8 minute walk into town where there are several dining options. Surrounding beaches are small but very nice with nice sand and a great backdrop with all of the lava rocks. Orzola is also super close to the caves and is the gateway to La Graciosa Island which is really nice too. Highly recommended place to stay!

We really enjoyed staying here. Orzola is a quiet town with one shop, where you find the basic food you need and 2-3 restaurants. The house is 10-15 minutes slow walk from them. For the first days we didn´t have a car and we were fine here (we hired it later to futher explore the island). The ocean (better said a bay) is just in front of the house, which is practically almost at the end of a row of houses (situated in a small bay). You can sit on the terasse listening to the ocean or see the sunrise directly from your window. We enjoyed a small sand "beach" in the bay (just enough for my 5 year old son, who was absolutely happy to build some sand bridges, tunnels and roads), walking on the lava stones (when there was a low tide) and Caleton Blanco area, which was 8 minutes adult walk from our house - through to a lovely safe path. Communication with the owners was great, they were lovely people ready to help us and gave us a warm welcome (with a bottle of wine as a kind bonus). The house was clean and the beds very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this accomodation to everyone seeking quiet and beautiful place.

Wonderful place!

Our time at casa lajiar was really perfect :) The host Gines is a very nice guy who was already waiting for us, showed us around, explained everything and was always there when we had questions. We were a group of 5 people and there would easily fit some more people in this lovely house. Especially the two terraces, one in the front with direct ocean view and one in the back for nice dinners, yoga sessions and just lying in the sun impressed us and made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole week. We all really recommend this place, and already decided if we one day come back to lanzarote we are gonna stay at Gines Place again! :) Thank you
