Very friendly staff. They help and gave us some tips regarding the attractions in the area. The room was very clean, modern and cozy.

- the water from the bathtub and shower did not run very well - the waste was not picked up during our 3 day stay

The communication was excellent! The room was clean, cozy and comfortable.

The TV and Wi-Fi caused some problems but with the stunning view that was reflected outside the room you didn't need the media at all.

he wants cash !!! first problem I was misled by the false descriptions of the owner, he listed Queen and King rooms (he doesn’t even have the concept of regular or superior rooms :))), all of them are “king” style. A king room contains a very big bed: 180cm by definition plus other conditions, minimum space best view etc. His rooms are not more than 15 square meters although he wrote that have 25, completely lie, and the bed is 140-160cm Now, here comes the funny part, he considers the “queen” rooms better than the “king”. When I’ve told him that he needs to correct this he was constantly saying not my fault and had an arogant position. The room was so small that you had to move the luggages everytime you wanted to stay somewhere. I think Booking should check / validate if what the owners say it’s indeed what is in reality. besides, this is also a problem that can be addressed to the authorities (customer protection etc).

The level of service from the owners and the staff is overall outstanding; highly personalized. The central garden area is cozy and calm. Food is tasty.

The rooms feel crowded. The beds could be more comfortable.
