We had a great time in ocean city this week!! The property was spacious and nice! GREAT location for us with 2 small kids and mostly clean. We were able to check in early which was amazing since we got in early to enjoy a beach day. Would have been just about perfect except for the neighbors. Next door appears to be a house which is broken up into smaller apartments with long term rentals. Mostly young people who spent their evenings hanging out in the courtyard just outside the master bedroom window. Initially I thought the music until 130-2 am was just due to the Labor Day holiday and didn’t mind one night. but unfortunately music, talking loudly outside our window continued each night as late as 230 am. Mostly affects the master bedroom. Definitely made the week less relaxing. Not what I’m used to as a lifelong ocean city vacationer. Overall host was great and obviously he can’t control this but something to think about if you have small children

Jody is very nice, and his place is beautiful. We only stayed one night but had a blast. The place is spacious and Jody left a little care package which everyone enjoyed. I hope we can stay again.

Our stay was very nice. Communication with Jody was great. The kitchen is a bit sparse on pans, but we made due. Don’t plan to make anything large in quantity unless you bring your own pans. We didn’t expect the beach passes or the beach wagon so that was a pleasant surprise. Getting to the beach was easy! The front porch is great! Great location. Updates are coming and this rental will be even greater! We had a fabulous time!

The place was great and we would definitely come back. There was an issue with the code door, but Jody/Randy were very responsive/prompt to this and any issue that came up.

Property is in the perfect location everything was walkable. The house was very clean and we wish we could have stayed longer!

This property is AWESOME! It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and the location could not be any better! Our family loved it! Jody is fantastic too! Everything went smoothly from start to finish!

Overall nice experience owner was readily available . You do have to bring “Everything” for the kitchen including all spices . There was not even a potholder to be found . Condo was mostly clean other than a few items left behind from previous guest under beds and dressers .

The house was in the perfect location! Right in the heart of downtown OC. We parked the car on Friday and didn’t have to move it all weekend. House was beautiful & clean! Our only frustrations were the keypad locks and the check in process. We had a lot of trouble opening the doors with the keypads (it’s possible it was operator error! Ha!) but it was very frustrating that it took us 5-7 tries each time to get in the house. We were also a little bummed we couldn’t get in the house until exactly at 4. I had requested an early check in and were told we’d get a call as soon as the house was ready. I called around 3:40 when we still hadn’t heard anything and got an answering machine and called again at 4 and we could finally get in. Totally understand early check ins are not always possible though. All in all, great house and would definitely stay here again!

The location was incredible, the house had so much space, and the front porch offered the serene view and ambience we were looking for. Jody was easy to work with, and accommodated every special request we had. We will definitely look to stay here again for our future family vacations!

This property was exactly what I needed for my trip! I came to the area to visit family and rented this property to have my own space. It was clean, spacious, and in the perfect location. It’s right next to the bridge, near asbury ave, and the beach! Everything you could need is within walking distance. The hosts were great with communication and were super accommodating. Literally could not have asked for anything better.

The property was as promised. We really enjoyed our stay and Jody was very responsive during check in. The only call out I would have is that you really do need to bring everything, which I think is common when renting a beach house, but it was a first for me. Sheets and blankets for the beds, towels, dish rags, cleaning products, toilet paper, etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was close to the beach and "town".

So impressed with the cleanliness and location. Short walk to shops and the boardwalk. Nice sized bedrooms and comfortable living/kitchen area. We didn’t cook but looks like there’s everything you could need. Great porch for coffee in the am. Jody was great to communicate with. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at this property! Wonderful location (2 blocks to the boardwalk & beach), quiet neighbors, easy parking and check-in process, easy communication with the host. A few things to note - this is the bottom floor and we had loud tenants above us in the upstairs unit so just FYI that's a possibility. We were also well aware that linens weren't provided, so no issue there for us, but I do think that's something the property should think about providing. I've never stayed somewhere with that stipulation before and if we were from farther out of town, it would have been a bigger issue. They do provide pillows, but no kitchen towels or sponges and limited pans, no cooking oil, only salt and pepper. Nothing to detract from our visit, but things to know. Overall, we would love to come back! September down the shore is the best, thanks for a great time.

We had to stay at a new location this year due to availability of our "usual" place - and Jody's place on Central Avenue fit the bill in terms of accommodations and proximity to the boardwalk and Asbury Avenue! Thank you!

This is an amazing house for the family to vacation in OC. It is a short walk to everything. The house was clean and it was the perfect amount of room for our family. Jody was responsive to any inquiries. Would definitely return! Thank you again for a great vacation!

It was a great location, great house, and the host was excellent. Jody responded in a timely manner and was accommodating to our needs for the trip! We had a great time and would like to visit again soon.

The house was in a great location! Family enjoyed time spent relaxing at house. Only issue we had was the place does not provide linens, it was on listing, but we did not notice it so we had to run to Walmart 20 minutes away to get linens @ 10:30pm after driving all day from Ohio. I feel like the host could’ve given us a friendly reminder in advance so that we could’ve been more prepared; however, if we knew in advanced we would not have been prepared for the 2 twin beds in a bedroom which was listed as a full pull out couch. The host was also delayed in responding to questions we had prior to the stay.

We had an amazing time staying in this home over a weekend in OCNJ! What an amazing location to everything … We were able to walk to everything! The home was very nice and clean and was the perfect size to fit everyone. We will definitely be back!

We Loved that we could walk to so many restaurants, and shops. Also a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. We hardly used our vehicle during our stay. After a long drive to get to your destination it’s nice to ditch the car and walk everywhere!

We loved this property - the layout and location were just perfect for our group. Other than one night out for an adult dinner in Somers Point, we never moved the cars.

we stayed here last year and we loved it even more this year - my daughter, husband and grandchildren as well as her in laws coming in for a dat trip all had a great time - location was ideal - 2 blocks to beach and boardwalk/rides - as well as the house space and set up worked perfectly for family game being played, meals, and hanging out between beach and night time boards - perfect in every way so we have already scheduled for next year :) Key West Family - formally of Media PA - can't get enough

Leading up to our stay, the owner was responsive and helpful with our questions. However, the check in process was frustrating-we could not get in touch with him to get into the property. It was difficult to get in touch with him throughout our stay as well. Upon first glance, property looked just as expected. As time went on, we noticed the property wasn’t particularly clean. If you’re looking to be in the heart of the OC action, the location is great. We were a few blocks from the shop, the beach and the boardwalk. The front porch was also nice.
